Actually you need to study the complete history of the cryptocurrency.Cryptocurrency had the investors all over the world,it mean you can sell the coin.Even if the coin is banned in your country,because you can exchange to USD in any exchange and then to your Fiat at the needed time.Even now the project power was in the traders,specially the decentralised cryptocurrency.

the resistance line (go bitstamp on bitcoinwisdom) and draw line on double top on rally to 1000+ (see 1 and 2 points on picture), it has been tested 5 times and now finally broken
