I placed an order on Sunday to be paid to BTC-E and have not received my funds. I now see that BTC-E is not longer an option to pay to on BitInstant, and I've been in contact with support (Rachel) on Monday but I have not heard back since then, even after multiple emails to her and general support/live chat. I would like any kind of update possible on what's going on, and if I can instead have my funds sent to mt.gox since is seems BTC-E is not working. Otherwise I need my money refunded.
