KYC for ICO is a complete nonsense, since most of them accept crypto only.
I strongly believe that KYC should be performed only when fiat money is exchanged with crypto.

I have never provided non-collateral loans, most of collateral backed loans were paid back.

Hi everyone,

After months of reading, my first post Smiley I would like to offer cash LENDING up to 1000 EUR.
 Only with collateral - Bitcoin. Collateral 200% of the amount, and the interest will be 15%-30%.
Yes, kind of high, but it's take it or leave it Smiley
We can use escrow, the borrower should pay for it.
I can send the money by bank or give by person in Stockholm, Sweden.
Also can just meet to drink beer and chat about crypto Smiley)
