If they don't wanna ruin their reputation , they should have not listed those scam site from the beginning and even given 5 starts ? that is something questionable about this sites motive in reviews .

Actually it is not the only one you need to do, but you need to do the same for all listed sites. It is just weird that you give 5 starts rating to all sites while in fact you mention some "cons" for every site.
