Ursay, I appreciate your response, but it's not helping, you keep telling me to keep filing at bitinstant.com/contact. I did that already and got the confirmation. Can you confirm for me the order is still in the queue and can you tell me how many issues are before me in the queue?

You only need to log your issue here once.  If you are properly inputting your order info then the system will not allow a dupe entry to be logged.  Unfortunately I am unable to notify you of your position in the queue.  We hope to have all support agents moved to a new software solution very soon (this week???) and I will be able to better update you regarding your issue.  Thanks for your patience and I apologize for any delays.

That's unfortunate. Will the still increasing losses be covered by Bitinstant? How many agents are there working on the queue?

In the cases where we control your BTC execution, your price is locked in at the time of your order.  We have multiple support reps working on your issues around the clock and we are always adding new help to the team when we can find qualified employees.  Smiley

Multiple reps can mean 2 or 20 people working on it, how many exactly if I may ask?

Why is support not doing anything? These guys claim 24/7 support and a response within a few business hours but I've never seen any of them actually online either on this forum, reddit or support system! All they do is make copy+paste messages saying to file it at the contact page. I did that ages ago, where is my money?!

Yes, I did that 2 already 2 days ago. Please hurry up, this joke has cost me $225 already. I would also accept 7.5 BTC at this point as payment, that would make everything alright, assuming the price doesn't drop below $60 per bitcoin.

I would not use bitinstant, there is a 33% chance your order will fail, with me its 1 out of 2 orders that failed, see http://i.imgur.com/l9Z9l5Y.png found on http://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/1c6ppv/survey_how_did_bitinstant_worked_out_for_you/. If the order fails, you will be without your money for weeks, so it's definitely not instant in a lot of cases. Still waiting for my money :-(
