BCTDev did alot of community building to get this project off the ground.  And from what I saw, from the launch and giveaways, was a constant dedication to a coin with very little prospect of instant rewards.  Just a good coin idea with good specs, and the hope of doing good in the name of bitcointalk.org

This coin operates like a decentralized crypto ought.

The group can get things done (and win).

It is not dependent on any one individual.

BCT is demonstrating what a "free and fair distro" can do ... build an organic vital community.


I know we are just on the upstart, but the value and intent of this coin is community based.

So if we fail victim to the "Almight Dev = Fate" mentality this exercise fails.


In the community forum the dev should be silent.  Because the dev has a priority of making the network run.  It is no easy job.

I think not the same, the dev here of BCT is more dedicated to long term development of this project. While the dev of BCC went AWOL almost 2 months ago.

Might be a coincidence that both coin launched on the same date. Check their post history you can see the difference.

As always I'll be holding my coins. I haven't sold a single coin yet and I've increased my initial stake x6 by buying cheap coins whenever I could.
It doesn't matter how long it takes but I still believe that this coin can become really big.
I really think we should focus our efforts on trying to get on Allcoin for now.
With the new feature they've added anyone with +50 followers on Twitter can now add 50 votes simply by sending 1 tweet.
If we persevere we'll get there eventually
