No I will still hodl. Due to the fast-growing of Bitcoin (though it doesnt grow these 2 weeks and a bit drop but it is still very high level and runs stably), a lot of alts are rising fast, try to find out some good ones and make a long term investing (though it is hard to hold a coin for long time...)

Now it is not bad time, though BTC are not increasing recently while still in a high level.

For investing, there are many good coins, stay aware of those shitcoins for sure (check carefully the projects yourself)

In my opinion, it is hard to find a 50X coin, I prefer a more stable increase, and my target is like 4 or 5X which is still more realistic... 50X coins are mostly some pyramid selling mode, not mean it is a good project, if you are lucky, then you get profit, if not, then you lost all. For me, the most important is the quality of the projects.

It all depends on what is your aim. To make a quick buck now or invest some for future gains. I am focusing now on BTC ETH, LTC, BCH some main coins and always a way to have a stable increase.While investing some resource on alt projects that I strongly believe to be strong players in their own field later in the future Monero EOS Zcash Historia Lend Dfinity, etc

I would suggest to search for project that are already going on and never done any ICO nor they have any premine, instamine or founder taxes. This way the funds are not pre-allocated to certain sum...

It is hard to say which is good and my favorite coin, I would still recommend Bitcoin, Ethereum, Ripple, Monero, and EOS.

However, with deep in-house research, you can unearth some truly interesting and with huge potential projects. Tho I am leaning now towards projects that do not have any premise, instamine or founder taxes.

However, the question was what is the best ICOs to invest in. I will share the projects that are still in the early stage that I think is currently at the top of my lis:

5. Oasis Labs

Though I have some liquid ones like BTC, ETH, HTA, LIGHT, DGB, XMR, while some shitcoins as well from airdrops and bounty. They are in my Eth wallet and still not sure what they are...
