Ethereum+: A Peer-to-Peer Digital Asset System
Abstract. The Ethereum+ network is a peer-to-peer digital asset system that enables direct exchange of value without going through a central party. A zero compromise blockchain with the inherent parallelism and performance characteristics of an unspent transaction output (UTXO) based architecture and the Turing Complete programming of Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) architectures. This is a breakthrough smart contracting and digital asset system based on SHA512 proof-of-work, designed for extreme throughput and scale.

What's the best way to sell 100+ bitcoins, in a period of, say 1 month?
It seems like most of exchanges doesn't allow withdraw for people the the State anymore.
Localbitcoin seems to too slow, online transaction with strangers are too risky..
Selling on an exchange and withdraw to offshore account seem to be a good option, but still tricky to get the money back to the State.
Any thoughts?

You need first time to provide to all a proof . I have already emailed with a support from giggawatt and i have reserved 11 pre order rigs . I did my wire transfer to them on Friday as well.
The only difference was I insisted I will copy down the SWIFT/ACCOUNT #/ MESSAGE from my phone to a piece of paper, instead of handing the banker my phone.
Can't you wire-transfer the money to another bank, and send it from there?
