In my opinion, now we need to carefully analyze the exchanges where IEO is held. I would prefer the exchange, which first appeared IEO and the top exchanges such as Binance.  

If you do not succeed in trading on the market, it's time to look for another way to earn money, or you need to learn how to trade.   And these two altcoins (Wabi and KMD), in my opinion, are not worth close attention, there are more interesting coins.
