Just have to be careful with staking,

     Staking process:

Take a transaction -> delete transaction coin -> calculates and add interest -> split in two and create two new transactions -> and so on....

IE: If you start with  a transaction of 1000 after a while you are going to have almost 1000 transaction of 1 coin !!!!
           .....   for 1M .......  1M transaction of 1 coin !!!!

Potential Problem:  If you have too many transaction in your wallet the performance and the processor go up. You will have difficulties to send important sum as the wallet have to combine lot of small transaction...... (I already have that problem on similar wallet with similar POS).

"genproclimit" : -1,

mean?

  Takes the maximun CPU auto

if you put 1 it will take 1 thread cpu, 2  2 threads cpu......

I am getting about 500 hash/s per core (regardless of type of CPU more or less)... Is this normal?

Been running slimcoind on ubuntu since block 170+ and got no coins so far. Am I just unlucky or solo-mining is only possible in cloud now?

same on debian running with 8 CPU (4.3K total) only a block from the beginning.

chain is stuck again, WOW! I am speechless, not! shows the fucking devs don't know shit

My wallet is working.  I sent myself a couple K of coins from the exchange and received them in my wallet.  They have 62 confirmations as it stands now.  So, block chain is moving...

It is unfortunately not all time the case....

Yesterday I had to wait 5 hours for the 1st confirm
Today same thing; 4h delay. That is not a normal functioning state in my opinion.

I have 12 wallets of different coin, I had have that problem only once with Nyan coin, but it was a lack of users on the network. I do not think it is the case with shibe coin...

We are in front of a problem to be addressed to make the wallet working correctly. ( Here I do not speak about staking, but basic function of wallet)

  POS:

What I understand is, POS apply for every transaction instead on complete balance of the wallet ? Actually, if you have in your wallet hundred of transaction, you have to wait with a 100% change to be elected, hundreds of block ?  (And actually in my wallet it is the case and the last staking is 12h ago.....0.25 shibe... when my balance is more than 200k, weird isn't it ?)

Seems for me a bit long to make a complete scan of my transactions. Why not doing it on the full balance ? Undecided

And  the money supply grow really slowly,  for memo:

276556095.08802998 at block 7723
276556095.09309602 at block 7726

Note:   It should increase of 52 (mean) every block  (60s?) to reach 10% annual.

and  now the block are way of 60s to generate.

I have made a small FAQ on my p2pool site. With a schema it is more simple to understand...
Just have a look at  http://dogecoin.p2pool-mining.org/stats/200

Hopes it can help you to figure out.

How you will get paid with p2pool

When you mine with P2POOL I can takes some time before having any results (depends of the coin and traffic).  When you get share it will give you more part when the pool find a block. You will get paid only if the pool find a block.  If it is not clear enough you can have a look on my site. I have developed a small interface that is showing the bloc on the current miners payout it is fun an really more easy to understand.  Just have a look at the FAQ at  http://litecoin.p2pool-mining.org/stats/200 for more info. You may want also to try it.
