I read whitepaper. The project has huge plans and perspectives, an excellent team and high-level marketing. And to arrange a scam for such a famous person does not make sense. This will be an excellent long-term investment, IMHO

f the project has good and interesting aspects in it and of course the value. I always will looked upon the changes of money if it is benefitable or not. A good altcoin will always make you earn more than you invest.

There are hint of good ICO all over the pages of bitcoin talk forum. In particular you will find good ICO been discussed in the sub a section of alternate cryptocurrency section. My experience with good ICO are those ICO found in alternative cryptocurrency section.

You can buy btc now as the price is still undervalued, low and soon it will go higher than 20k. But Ethereum is also doing very good. If you can afford to invest the money you can afford to lose then just buy them both!

I think that is not a good idea. You can buy eth but not with all your money, try buying both. 50% for eth and 50% for Bitcoin so that you will not just have one option.

Binance is my favourite exchange.  for it's fast and clean interface. I also like bittrex.  because it has more experienced traders.
