You honestly have no clue what you are talking about. This particular player was marked by the fraud team explicitly as “value/arbitrage betting” and as explained got locked therefore. He is in profit on Winna and calling our platform a scam because a user is in profit and is not getting paid out winnings he obtained in a fraudulent way is not understandable for me.

It is very interesting case and let us see if winna will respond on this situation. Because as a new player in this community, they should be clear with complaints or past issues that could deter their potential players from playing on their site.
