Even with 2.5d now I'm unable to run the miner, though I'm starting to think it's something on my end. After further investigation once GPUs are identified in the console the error message: "FATAL ERROR: Debugger detected" is shown immediately before it crashes.

Any idea what might be the cause of this?

I've got an RX 380 + 480 using the 17.30.1029 Blockchain driver. The firewall change didn't have any effect for me either.

I don't have any anti-virus software. I turned off windows defender just to see if it would make a difference but I still got the same error.

Hey I had the same idea and turned off defenders. No anti-virus on my rig either. Are you running Windows 10 as well? Is it a legit copy? Just trying to put the pieces together.

So I still have yet to find what is causing this. As per an early post in this thread with a similar issue with a Quadro GPU I understand that it's an anti-debugging feature kicking in, but I can't come up with a reason for it to do so.

Any suggestions? This miner was working amazingly for me prior to the ethermine issue and I'd love to get it running again!

Same experience as many people here. The miner appears to hash as well as a finely tuned Claymore right out of the box, but (and this is a huge BUT) being blocked on multiple pool servers and losing many hours of uptime for this negates any potential benefit.

I also don't appear to be able to run Phoenix at all anymore after these server issues for some reason. Same config/bat files as I've been using for the last few days, but it starts up and fails right after detecting GPUs. The last line of the log is "main ADL library initialized".

I well and truly wish this was working better because competition is nice and it has definite potential.
