Regarding, the premium membership countdown it is also working for me, but the days it has been freezed haven't been credited up to now. Doesn't anyone know for how long the countdown has been freezed btw?
the level days stopped on 25th of July with the spins. i know exactly cause i was on 309 days back then and now 60 days later i'm at 312
i should be at "last step" 360days by now.

lets hope this time it got fixed, for me it will take several weeks to gain some tiny bit of trust.
I just recognized the "premium membership level days" counted onwards for two days so far and I also got my daily dose of spins for my level.
But since one month, I should be level 5, cause it stopped at 309 days two months ago...
feels like xmas waiting for santa not knowing with type of "bonus" we will get for our patience... while growing up without ever meeting santa...

I got only small balance left, but without those spins (free per email nor premium) I won't be able to reach 100k RP to cash out.
Only way to get some RP aside free rolls is to multiply/gamble. I got a small bonus offer there, but I never managed to aquire this bonus.
Anyone an idea how to gamble the bonus "steady" so I gain some RP aside?

I checked my mails and recognized getting only one promo mail with free spin in two days for last 6 days.
Lets say I am not happy with 3 free spins per week. (push notification free spin doesn't work either for me)

1) Currently what works:
- Points and Tickets every Faucet Roll.
- Spin Wheel, credits all types of prizes (Satoshis, Points, Tickets).
- Satoshi Bonus in faucet roll (for those who have it active).
- % extra interests per satoshi (over 30000) available in the account, if you have the Premium active.
- Decrease % of Bonus Faceut advancement for each Spin Wheel played.
- Dice Game.
2) Currently what does not work:
- The Daily Jackpot of the Dice.
- Points credited every 500 satoshis played in the Dice.
- Tickets credited every 500 satoshis played in the Dice.
- Selectable bonus every N Wagers completed in the Dice.
- % of Bonus Faucet advancement every N Wagers completed in the Dice.
- Daily Wheel Spin credit if you have the Premium.
Let's see if they re-enable the mentioned features in the next few days, or if they are changing the system to something new.

A fraud from insiders or just an accident during the eventual revision of internal control?
During latest 8 days (18-26 August 2024) Freebitco didn't send my 16 WOF/day and this happened after 3 days in which my stock was almost fully recovered.

I recommend to read from page 1501 ongoing which is pretty much about the 26th of July facing many users the same issue for a month now.
If you received your WOFspins until a few days before now, maybe let us know your ID (the last four may be censored****)

I found another problem: my premium level should be taking the last step (360 days) around now but it remains at 309 days for perhaps a month yet. Anyone else around here with this issue?

I've gotten a few of my free spins last couple days, but still missing a lot
Same here.
Looks like its getting even worse. Till date of 18th August I received one free spin daily by that push advertising over firefox browser. But when regular WOF spins from premium went off (again), this time the push notifications are flying in about 4 per day, but not even one free spin getting credited.

The reason the WOF is "broken" is because they took it offline and claim it is broken in support.
The REAL reason it is offline is because it "broke" the same day the price crashed for FUN down to 7 SAT for 1 FUN. They even have a handy bar chart graph for the past 30 days on their Premium page which shows the sudden drop at the same time the WOF "broke".
But why "break" it, you ask?
Simple. The lower it goes, the less it costs to buy Premium and get the benefits.
When the price was 15 Sat 6 months ago, to get to 500,000 FUN and get 16 WOF spins, would cost you $1000
Today, when the price is 5 Sat = 1 FUN, means you can max out the entire premium bonus for $350.
If next week it drops to 1 Sat = 1 Fun, it would cost just $70 to max out Premium.
With today's spins giving out approx 17 Sat / Spin minimum, it makes sense to max out the premium at 5 Sat = 1 Fun because you would be earning a minimum 256 Sat / day which is 16 cents a day minimum.
If the FUN price was 15 Sat = 1 Fun, it would take you about 25 years to rake back that Sat investment,
At todays 5 Sat = 1 Fun, it would only take a maximum of 8 years to reclaim that investment purely on wheel spin rewards.
If it was at a (theoretical) 1 Sat = 1 Fun next week, it would only take you a maximum 18 months to win back your investment.
So, until the price of FUN goes up to near the 10 Sat = 1 Fun mark, I would say they will find the WOF is broken and hard to repair because they simply cannot afford to have people become 500,000 Fun Token Premium Members getting 16 WOF's a day for $ 350 each (todays price).
And if you really think that the WOF is actually broken? Why does it work via the Email or Reward Token -> WOF options, but not for the Premium Members who buy FUN tokens?
No, this has nothing to do with any bugs or breaking systems and purely down to the fact they cannot afford to pay out on the WOF spins when the FUN is so cheap and people can become maxed out Premium Members for less and less money.

I believe in mathematics and with this explanation I'm absolutly fine:
I filtered the history shown on Premium for WOF and found some issues at the end of June, beginning of July and of course from 26th of July ongoing.
I know from my referrer he had no spins seen since 26th of July, on the other side me having at least 3 more days given wof spins.
Then I searched for the FUN/BTC chart (this one from coingecko) and it makes totally sense now, hope you can sort it this way:
