Am searching high and low for Prospero X-1 or X3 that are nonhashing but have good LCD parts. Does anyone have anything out there?

Or is there a utility where I can connect my laptop into the micro USB two change all the settings that I need?

I have two x three boxes where the LCDs don't work but somehow I need to set the time dates and time zone manually. Is there anyway I can do this if they're not pulling an IP address?

besides black arrow because their website is constantly down, does anyone know where I can find replacement for the x1 or x3?
