N3 scam is dead on arrival, and the most important thing here is not "neo3 tech" but NEO being a chinese blockchain, made in China and  based in China!
Once Tiananmen Square Massacre  天安门大屠杀 NFTs  is deployed on NEO3, chinese gov will act, meaning they'll totally switch off, shut down neo blockchain.

Deploying such NFT on neo is not FUD, it's just how world works. China is not even a quasi capitalism system it's 100% communism.

there will be a censored version of NEO for mainland china,
a completely new blockchain, censored blockchain.
this have to be a "made in china" invention, a fully censored, centralized "thing", but lets call it a decentralized blockchain, lol.

is banned/censored in mainland china, so deploying any info about it on neo blockchain will make huge damage to it, to neo blockchain. and probably chinese gov will force turn it off, they will kill the whole neo blockchain. and if it's impossible as neo is "decentralized" they could ban neo blockchain in china, like for real this time.

but is neo really decentralized?
all current 7 nodes are run basically by neo (neo foundation, neo global developlent and 1 node is run by CoZ).
