I have to remind fellow members the importance of staking your bitcoin address and knowing how to "sign" a message with it. Strangely, I lost my access to my BTC talk account right after a deal with a member went sour. I managed to restore it thanks to a stake in this discussion.

I highly recommend members trade Hashrates only. Do not sell whole accounts. It can be very cumbersome.
How do you go about trading hashrates? I don't see an option for that in my account.
Private arrangements in forums. Then seller has to inform Hashflare through Support channels. So far Hashflare is supportive.
Selling or buying hashrates is okay. No issue so far.
But selling or buying whole accounts, it is an issue. I am having a problem with a transaction, Hashflare is doing what it could to ensure it is not a hacked HF account. Understandable.
The transaction with the seller has fell through and the incident has left sour taste. I have lost 200 USD, unrecoverable. It is a long story. Lesson learnt: Do not do not ever buy or sell whole Hashflare accounts, but transact the hash rates only.
However, It is still a pleasure doing business with HashFlare. Their support is swift, attentive and they are conscious about their customers' security.

It fluctuates depending on USD/BTC price movements. If there is a flash crash of BTC price, you will lose your cloud investment.
This is the formula to calculate the daily interest earnings (assuming you lent 1 BTC)

for example, the current loan rate is 0.06%

1000 Dash coin is a very high cost in fiat terms.. May need to skip this idea...
You can also look into setting up a shared masternode with other community members, that way you are personally not bound to that 1000 Dash
collateral.

There is a catch though, most of these are "trusted" hosting providers meaning you have to trust them with your Dash. But on the other hand
these are all respectable community members (some are even core-team members) with a reputation to uphold.
A trustless solution will come at some point with Dash Evolution through decentralized masternode shares but that will take time before it will hit Mainnet,
it will be something to keep an eye on though.

you receive a percentage of the transaction fees. Which overtime as the coin rises can become significant.
As RandomEvent said, you are rewarded for contributing to the network via tx fees. These show up in your wallet as a sort of recurring payment over time.

You should probably move this to digital goods section as this is not really a service you are looking for. This is more of a product.
Though I would say that cloud mining aren't really any good anymore. Unless you're mining those altcoins that would seem to pump.

Hi. There is a concept of MasterNode in DASH whereby you need 1000 DASH and run a DASH processing node. And supposedly you can profit from it.
I don't understand how it works. Does extra DASH appear in your wallet magically or something like that?
