Should we hold on to altcoins which we have invested and see the price dropping every moment or it will be better to sell them and buy it again when the value pumps ? I have already lost a good margin of profit with the ripple I don't want to make the same mistake with the Lumens which I Hold so should I hold on or sell out ?
I think you should hold it until the price returns to its best position, but if you sell it is your choice and you are ready to accept that risk. but my advice is you have to be patient until the best pump prices.Bitcoin keep on falling down and no sign of raising. How long can we keep holding?
Just hold it until the value of the coins you are investing, increases. As the value of the coins you are investing reaches the value you desired the most for that coins. Just have faith and be patient enough to wait for the right time and soon you will receive a great profit in return.

many of which make ethereum an option because the current ethereum platform can serve as one of the best. the ethereum platform can support many ico and also multifunctional to make payments. different from waves that have good potential but not yet become a platform that has a wide range like ethereum.
eth prices recover slowly is a good news, because right now we have to wait a few months to wait for a stable market, where the market is increasing but it should be slowly and it will definitely reach the highest price for ethereum in some time to come.
I think the eth is now the dominant coin in crypto, where today eth is still going to continue to be one of the most potent coins known to many people. excess ethereum is useable to support many ico, so i think ethereum is still a favorite besides bitcoin.
I always remind to myself that everything is possible in crypto, but I still cannot imagine Ethereum back to 400$. I believe that we left that one behind for a while at least.

Under $ 1, Cardano is definitely worth the investment. The project is developing very well which gives the opportunity for a good profit for long term. I would rather not recommend Ripple. Achieving price above 1$ will be a big challenge for ripple. You can find a few better and promising coins than a ripple.
