如果VPNCOIN够好，可以应该吸引网友自己出钱去购买海外主机来运行VPNCOIN，并以此回本、赚钱。。。

盈利可以通过 把 VPN服务商赚的 COIN 中的 如0.3% 自动发给开发者这样来盈利并与投资人分成。
建议直接放弃自己的COIN，用XCP，或NXT上的自定义资产的功能来实现 VPNCOIN 的分发、交易、买卖、盈利。

About randomness source:
Every player should choose a random number by themself and submit it with other bet info to the Chancecoin p2p network. The Chancecoin P2P network then collect all random numbers submitted by all players, and calculate them all and output get a terminal random number which is used as the random source by current round gamble. So because the terminal random number is decided by all the random numbers submited by all players of that round, so no one can cheat. If you want to cheat, you have to know all the numbers before you sent your number.
We can learn from Ripple and Simcoin, how did Ripple and Simcoin can make instant transaction confirm.

Also, have you thought about the main problem which is slow speed of bets? - Bets are usually resolved in 2 blocks.
I know it sounds radical but I think moving to a faster block chain should be considered - Maybe Dogecoin
I think its fare so to say their blockchain is secure and Dogecoin's block time is 1 minute as opposed to bitcoin's 10 minutes.
It will also bring ALOT of traffic and PR to chancecoin - Doge community is AWESOME!
(p.s: it's great so see the DEVs more active in this thread, it adds a lot of confidence in the project - keep up the great work!)

What if the original devs are too slow to bring the new client before any other "P2P dice coin" launched?
How about let's setup a donation of 10% Chancecoins to the new developer(s) who can bring us the new "nice and easy to use client" first?
The donation could be setup in the protocol code, it will deduct 10% from every Chancecoin account. The total donation Chancecoin should be 51482.881397431 CHA ( almost equal to 48 BTC burned ).
Because there will be some people would like to stick with the original devs, and don't like donate for the new developer(s). So we will fork the Chancecoin and all donators will get 90% of their original CHA and developers get 10% of all donator's CHA. Those stick with original devs (who didn't donate 10%) will get nothing in the new forked Chancecoin.
If the original devs release the new client before any other devs, then the donation will goto the original devs.

Right now the risk for the "site bankroll" is 1/2 kelly kriterion. If we would change the house edge to 1% we could then keep the kelly criterion constant at 1/2 Kelly by setting the max profit to 0.5% site bankroll.
How do you propose do we ask the community? because i'd rather change this soooner than later.
Do you know that Just-dice.com is 1% house-edge and 1% max profit? But some big whales winned a lot and make the house lose a lot. It's a disaster for a dice site run with 1% house-edge and 1% max profit.
But as I re-think about it. The difference is that the house of Chancecoin won't lose a bit when the player wins, because only the player's balance changes.
So, It is more safe for Chancecoin to run 1% house-edge than Just-dice.com.
Just-dice DID run on 1%/1%. now it is also 1%/0.5% , like i am proposing for this coin.
2%/1% is just too expensive to be competitive.
Maybe we can setup 2 house pools with different house-edge for Chancecoin.

Out of those 15G blockchain data downloaded by Bitcoin-Qt, I think only the part from the start of Chancecoin burning block ( less than 1% ) is used by Chancecoin.
Can we just download blockchain data only from the Chancecoin Burning date ?
So we can have our Chancecoin initializing(download blocks) progress very fast after installation.

Another way is wait for developing a web client like the counterwallet website for XCP .
Or connect your Chancecoin to some other's Bitcoin-qt through the RPC by setting the
bitcoind-rpc-connect= in the chancecoin.conf file, and ask that guy to open his RPC port on his router/firewall.

You can indeed burn BTC into CHA using Multibit. BUT you must be careful that you are sending BTC from a single address (otherwise Chancecoin won't know which address to send CHA to). The best thing to do is send BTC to the burn address using a wallet that only has a single address. To check that you only have a single address, click on "Request" and verify that under "Your receiving addresses," you only have one address listed. If you have more than one, you should create a new wallet (File -> New Wallet), send some BTC to the new wallet, and then send BTC from the new wallet to 1ChancecoinXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXZELUFD. Hope that helps. Alternatively, you can always send BTC to a Blockchain.info wallet and follow the instructions I just posted for burning from Blockchain.info.
After you send BTC, you can see your Chancecoin using the Chancecoin wallet software. You can either install this from source, or run a pre-compiled binary. We currently have a pre-compiled binary available for OS X Mavericks, and we will have a Windows binary out soon. The wallet software has a function you can use to check the balance associated with your address.

yes you can not.
So, a web client like the counterwallet website for XCP is very important for this Chancecoin to be accepted and be played by more people.

1. It is better that if the gambler can bet directly by using BTC. An automatic exchange from BTC to Chancecoin can be applied if necessary. Is this possible?
2. How to convert Chancecoin back to BTC? Will you build a Decentralized Exchange website like https://testnet.counterwallet.co ?
3. If a holder of Chancecoin will become a part of the house automatically, then what happens when a guy use his Chancecoin to bet? gamble against himself?
