I know.. It's hard to do it.. and you need some liquidity to do it on both markets..

It's just an idea to stay anonymous "buying" drk, because there is no connection between you and the other Exchange..
I used to do it when I was 18yo, with deposit bonus from betting sites.. and it's hard, specially without liquidity!

But again.. You don't loose Money (only the odd difference). but you can end up with all you Money on one side...

I was thinking about this betting sites... it's atually a great way to transfer funds to cash without taxes.

Assuming 1DRK=$2

You bet 10DRK in a soccer game with a odd of 3 on directbet.
You bet $20 (you risk $60 (3*$20)) against it on betfair/betdaq (must be an Exchange).

It can go either way.

Team wins:
You get 30DRK ($60) on directbet
and loose $60 in Betfair/Betdaq

Team looses:
You get 10DRK ($20) on betfair
and loose 10DRK in directbet

IT'S NOT A WAY TO MAKE MONEY!!!

It's just a way to get DRK->Cash or Cash->DRK
But it can go the other way arround...

Maybe I confused with other coin... I'm not mining anyway.. In Portugal it we pay more than $0.3 kWh

As I said earlier, we should maybe think of changing to a new algo.. Evan said that he would change algo when asics were possible, FPGA's are hurting this coin, this dumping is just insane.

We would be better with scrypt or sha256, at least their asics are in the market, but a new cpu/gpu algo would be better...

Once we go Bull mode.. No one stops this train...
Hitting 0.01btc again may get us a lot of attention.. With only a bit of buy pressure we gain a lot of value.

Wouldn't it be beneficial to change the mining algo, just to make sure that there are no fpga in the scene mining and dumping almost every coin mined.
But there's no prove.. Only that mining sucks ...

First of all, I guess this is the first time I post in this threat, and I'm Portuguese, so sorry about any spelling mistakes.

IMO we should be developing mobile wallets! Android and iPhone if possible. I'm just a noob, learned about bitcoin in November 2013, and I'm mining Dark since 17 February.

I would love to have some darks in my pocket, and being able to spend them in a Crypto POS.

I guess we should be focusing in have utilities ready for when Darksend is ready, so we can go full marketing crazy! =D

Hope that we can take this coin to #2 in 6 months. Tor markets will apreciate it.

What I'm saying is that the main feature of this coin (other than the new algo) is not a decentralized service, but exchanging to FIAT will never be decentralized.

Doesn't worry you that if it's too easy to exchange to FIAT, miners dump this coin as soon as they mine it? Taking its value down?

In the other and it can go the other way. People buying it to cash out other currencies. Being a great way to buy Bitcoin and other Alts.

We'll see.

From what I could understand, this coin has value for the fact that a "central bank" guarantees conversion to FIAT.

Isn't this non-sense? When we're talking about cryptocurrencies?

Wouldn't it be "cooler" if it has conversion to Beer or Fanta? Just to every 100.000 coins be worth something. =D
