We're working for displaying full activity history. Hopefully this week we will have something ready.

Considering the fact that the costs with some coins operations are very high and here I mean deposit / withdrawal operations we will apply fixed fee for all the withdrawals. For example we have some ERC20 tokens which are under 1 satoshi but our costs with transactions is about 0.20$ per transaction.... or we have coins under 10 satoshi and our fee is 0.05 coins which basically means nothing. We have to cover the day by day servers costs.

Also we are flooded by small deposits and withdrawals. We will apply limits on those type of operations and please pay attention on minimum deposits / withdrawal amounts. Everything under this amounts will be lost.

So the next thing after account history will be the adjustments on Payment Gateway side which right now is not properly configured.

Huh, what a year…

We looked back at 2019 and here's a glimpse of what it meant for us:

131,262 worked hours (but who’s counting)
4770000 lines of code (we should write some books, open a library)
25 team members
10906 coffee (we should open a coffee shop)
86 running servers
59 listed coins
110 pizza (1.6 kg extra topping on average)
488 support tickets (in the end everyone was happy)
7 exchange competitors “have died” (we wish them a long life)
37668 active members on social media platforms (the population of the entire city of Monaco)



With all that energy from many coffee and pizza we built from the ground one of the largest projects in the region and we are glad that you were part of this story. For those of you who are already a member of Birake family or thinking about joining us in the future, here it is what 2019 meant for us:

* In the Q4 (winter season) of 2018 Birake trading platform was launched.

* We listed more than 59 coin.

* We had more than 9 exchange partners. Because of the constant change of laws and regulations, or better because of lack of them, some decided to follow their own path or decided to shut down the business.

* Birake exchange got listed on the most important listing directories like: CoinMarketCap, CoinGeko, Coin Paprika, Coinlib, Blockfolio, etc.

* In October we reached our masternodes peak having more than 1000 active Birake Masternodes.

* Birake partnered with all the most important Sharing Masternode Services in the industry.

* Bir coin was listed to more than 5 exchanges, which due to market situation most of them shutdown the business.

* At the beginning of the year Birake started the Community Coin Voting Program, which was later upgraded to the better version of Coin Voting Program were we list top ranked coins by votes. The program was a real success and also offer the coin developers the possibility to list their coins/tokens at very good fee rate.

* Also at the beginning of the year we launched “The Accumulator” program. Each month we gather some fees from trading. Multiple times per day we converted the fees to BTC and then The Accumulator bought BIR from the market with the converted BTC. Approximately about 15K BIRs were bought daily.

* Another successful program was the Partner Program which later turned into Referral Program. Where every registered user could earn up from his invitees up to 40% from their trading fees.

* We wrote like 500 times  Cheesy:
- We never contact you directly!
- Please ignore all private messages no matter if the user has the same username and id as a team member! 
- We never ask you for your private keys or dump wallet!

What are we up to lately at Birake!

Next steps are:

1. Wallet update
- our target is to limit the BIR supply to 100m instead of 300m.
- it will be introduced 4 halvings (not yet decided the exact blocks). Now we are to 77.5m we will calculate when 100m will be achieved and how fast we will reduce the blocks rewards.
- POS staking will be increased to 30% - we need more network support

2. MN owners dedicated page - here we will list all the eligible partners MNs (probably it should have a 45 days active period), also here we will track the payments to each MN and BIR infusion from
- partners fees (5% and 10%) from their generated fees
- Birake fees (10%)  - wasn't included in initial business plan
- Coin Listing Program (25%) - wasn't included in initial business plan
- more to be added....

3. 0 fee Market Maker account
- not sure yet if it will be one free for each coin or it will involve some BIR costs to create this account
- we are also thinking for some tools like https://github.com/Codaone/DEXBot but we will see how we can manage

Another great milestone for Birake!

The Multi-Level Program is almost ready and deployed! Next days we will do some more adjustments on it but the most important part is done!

For example: If you are part of a community, maybe part of a project / coin ... you can now earn extra revenues through Birake Referral Program.

Birake is offering part of the fees on 3 Levels (25%, 10% and 5%).

Like we already mentioned bring 10 users, if they will bring another 10 each and after that another 10 are registering and trading by the level 2. You will have 10X10x10 = 1000 users under you. (25%L1 + 10%L2 + 5%L3).  It could mean a generous passive income.
