There's a lot of work to be done for this coin to relaunch.
Basically only the blockchain will remain, everything else will need to change.

Besides Kumpel Pool there seem to be other mining pools up and running because blocks are not exclusively found on Kumpel.
If anyone knows other mining pools please post here, people should be able to choose.
