I think that the ticket price is not the most important thing here, there is another important thing that is Provably Fair. As other mentioned, using random.org is not provably fair. You have to use other ways to draw the winner which is more provably fair.
Other thing you need to do is using an escrow to hold the funds. Otherwise, no one will trust a member with negative trust.
The negative trust is because of cryptodevil but ok I understand.
You have another way to pick 3 numbers that will be provably fair?
Escrow is an option, better was if there was a hero member with good status to hold the funds, will pay the price and he relase the funds to me. But who would like to do this to put some time in it and then I have to put price a bit up for a share for him too
maybe for the provably fair part you can ask a trusted old member of forum to pick the number with something like random.org and announce it to others.
That is a good idea if someone is willing to do this and put time in it.

number generator can be manipulated if you have a little skill to cheat the html. that's why i don't legitimately trust this kind of lottery game.

I do understand that trust may be an issue, I am thinking to do escrow, if now any good service let me know. Then it will be safe for all.

The other important thing is about its provably fairness, lottery which is only use random generator to draw the winner is completely not fair.
And why it is different between this thread and the site, OP say in this thread to choose number between 1-10 but the site say 1-20?
I just change it and made prices higher. 0.002BTC is not much at all.

I dont understand why you should make it into 2 pool, you can make it to 1-20 just in one pool so people will not confuse about it. And I think the prize is low compare to the ticket price 0.002. the chance to win is only 10% on each number. May be you can consider about the prize later
