i am not getting ETH payouts since 1-1-2018 it was lowering and lowering it was first 0.2 eth per day then it went to 0.188 then to 0.166 but i think thats with the difficulty but still after 1-1-2018 they quit sending ETH payments to me . i am still receiving BTC payments and my contract didn't end so idk whats going on i cant call them scammers since they pay the btc payouts which is also lowered very much.

i did the correct txid it is because 999dice was gay and was not processing an withdrawal of 5000$ because of that transaction.

Where did you store this coin or token? If you can help with more information than we may be able to help you indentify it. I don't remember seeing anything with those letters at the beginning before so far.

To forget some digits of your privatekey will become a serious problem. The wallet has made by encryption into sha256.
That will be so difficult or even impossible to know about the start of your addy and privatekey. That's impossible.
