Raczej podobna sytuacja do waves z kilkoma różnicami,
1. tabela opłat trochę bardziej skomplikowana i wiele rzeczy jest droższe niż w waves, np. emisja tokena kosztuje ok 200k BTS czyli około 10k $ co z drugiej strony nie powoduje aż tak kosmicznych ilości shitcoinów jak w waves. https://wallet.bitshares.org/#/explorer/fees

Z tą ceną za token nie jest tak źle:
token 5+ literowy kosztuje 1,936.11898 BTS ~56,94 USD - zniżka dla konta LTM 1,161.67139 BTS
token 4 literowy kosztuje 77,444.75952 BTS ~2,276.1 USD - zniżka dla konta LTM 46,466.85571 BTS
token 3 literowy kosztuje 309,779.03808 BTS ~9,104.4 USD - zniżka dla konta LTM 185,867.42285 BTS
(przy kursie 0.02939 USD za 1 BTS w dniu 29.10.2019)
Nikt niepoważny nie robi tokenów 3 literowych.
Warto dodać ze fee jest zmienne i zmienia się w zależności od wyceny BTS do USD. Ceny są zmieniane co jakiś czas przez wybranych w głosowaniu członków "Committe Members" jeśli uznają, że ceny są zbyt wysokie lub zbyt niskie.
W przyszłości być może fee będzie bardziej dynamiczne - przypięte do stawek liczonych w USD.

I traveled for about a week only to see BitShares, Stellar and Dogecoin all (significantly) surpassing (in market cap) this sadly mis-branded coin of ours. Would someone bother to kindly summarize what has happened with BTS, STR and DOGE, why such a big spike in prices?
To me it is hard to understand too. I think it was Minotaur who said that it was a Chinese pump and that most volume was over there. Really weird.
It is specifically a BTC38 pump with nearly 80% of the volume since the beginning of the pump, for those three assets STR, BTS and DOGE there was no fundamental change. Ask yourself why exclusively BTC38 as a common denominator and not other exchanges? They must be in on it.
This has nothing to do with Dash, it has preserved its price range, it is actually quite impressive the stability Dash shows, this has happened at different stages like when when we where at the 600K satoshis range. We just need to keep working like Evan is doing.
It is hard to say what will happen, but honestly with these pumps if you are not part of it from the beginning you should stay out, if not you are the one giving liquidity for others to exit.
Most of the transactions are CNY - someone please explain how that is possible - I thought there was a big crackdown on fiat / crypto use in China?

I think that the coming years will belong to the ARM platform. AMD is working on a server-ARM processors. As soon as the rental period ends VPS, I am going to run Masternode on
- Raspberry Pi 2 or
- Banana Pi or
- Orange Pi or
- Odroid C1
I hope that there will soon be downloadable official builds on the ARM platform.
