ClassicBitcoin (CBTC version 2.0.2) is now released and MANDATORY wallet updates are available to download from the front page of the marketplace website (https://bitclassic.info) or on github (https://github.com/ClassicBitcoins/cbitcoin/releases/latest).
The new upgrades are already live on GitHub in the master repository. This is a mandatory update and involves a hard fork on block 295000 this fork will occur before december 2021.

The aim of the new version is ensure CBTC remains the most profitable mineable cryptocurrency,  The new update will provide miner bonuses to ensure CBTC mining profitability is significantly higher than the best on the current market.
The mining bonuses will be integrated into the website, where trader can now Buy and transfer CBTC.
Our aim is to ensure the continued stability and security of ClassicBitcoin.

Version 2.0.2 updates:
* After block 295000 the following changes will come into effect.
500% increase in Block Reward and BitMarket community Fee on new blocks for the next 2 Years. (similar to the Liquidity mining event held on block 170000)

dependencies required to run cbtc include: oracle java sdk for the java ui, and it is necessary to download zcash keys to folder C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\ZcashParams  on windows it is normal to see an error on first launch, cbtc is starting up.

Update on CBTC Swap
As most of our users are aware, we have started the swap process to the new blockchain
all users are required to update their wallet to the new blockchain
all unspent utxo before the fork has been swapped to the new
 blockchainat a ratio 10000:1 (by increasing the number of decimals from 4 to 8 (10000.1234 now equals 1.00001234)
the swap on our active exchangers is in progress.

Graviex:  as of now we have completed the exchange on graviex exchange
graviex traders funds were additionally swapped at ratio 100:1, we also recently completed airdrops of 100 cbtc each to all graviex users who had at least 1cbtc before the fork.

Crex24: swap on crex24 is currently in progress and we have set the swap ratio to 50:1 (in addition to the 10000:1 swap on the new blockchain) we will also try to offer airdrops and faucets to compensate CBTC traders)
