so the value of the hard cap has been increased at the request of the partners ,nice move the project is going well team have to think big, i do not like that the price of the token has also been increased
What was the reason for the partners to demand the increase? They got a discount and now everyone else should pay more or will there be more tokens available?
Don't (or maybe shouldnt) early investors always get the best deals? They are taking the most risk. As projects get more established, it should cost more to get invested.

I noticed, Ternion has the incentives, the rewards, the customer service ... for the user very well. This is a great strategy to attract customers. In addition, the technology boom and expansion of the project will contribute to the growth of Ternion!
I would prefer dividends as incentives but i can't have it it all i guess
. Maybe they'll change that in the future. That would drive some investors in later.Think about Binance's coin, BNB. They don't give dividends but if you've invested in it at all the last year or so, you would have made a good amount of money from it. The value is constantly going up, they are constantly burning more of them. Dividends are great, but not the only way to make money.

i know not enough funds but hope everyone see value once platform is somewhat ready
Its a bad time in the market. I havent seen any projects that are raising many funds. Once the market goes bullish again, things will change.

I would hope that the team believes there will be use, otherwise they wouldn't create the platform. Also, anyone willing to invest also believes in the team and the project!

Buy every participiants will have same lock-up period for tokens or differents? Do you have some bonuses for long term investors (like in Pundi for example) ?
There are no bonusses at all and EVERYONE is subject to the Second-by-Second vesting mechanism. The team also has their tokens locked for 12 months before the vesting starts.
Finally a team that thinks logically for ALL of their customers instead of just trying to reward the ones with the big pockets. Good job with this, I think it's going to work out really well!

what is going to happen with unsold tokens? is going to burn to reduce token in existence?
Any unsold Tokens will be destroyed by the Ethereum smart contract on the last day of the token sale. Well it would certainly help the market cap of the project which is often overlooked and undervalued by a lot of investors. Any investor should want these tokens destroyed instead of just ending up somewhere to be dumped. I applaud the decision of the team.

Full exchange launch of both version (centralized and decentralized) will be between Q1 and Q3 next year? Why there is no exact date (month or at last exact quarter) ?
Have you ever been a part of any project? Its very tough to give an exact time frame for software. What if there are bugs that they have to fix? What if it takes longer than expect to code certain pieces of the software? You have to prepare for unexpected hurdles.

Looks like security token offerings are stepping in the limelight lately. Which is kind of weird when we had a period where almost every crypto project desperately tried to avoid their token being labeled a security. What has happened that security tokens are seen more favorably now?
The real purpose of crypto is to avoid the government's unnecessary involvement but, bitcoin is not able to get out of their shadows. That's why my bet is on something anonymous.
A lot of companies and projects end up being something different than what they originally set out to do. It's fine for a cryptocurrency to pivot from it's main purpose and to involve into something that people are using and want.

Regulation comes in good and bad. Like the famous game engine company says. If you love something set it free, to give space to grow . Who will regulate the regulation ? Is it free from tyrrany ? Nothing is not .

I agree, regulations can bring more people on board to an exchange, people feel more safe in this option. But as you said, regulations should have boundries and dont cross the fundamental logic of crypto world i think.
I was against regulations but after seeing so many scams, we need some regulations. Not like shitty kyc for us. Big regulations for ico holders kind of things.
This is exactly where I stand. Ive lost a lot of BTC from scams and people running off. Id rather put my money into something that is safer, even if that means I wont make 1000% returns or whatever people hope for.

I think so. Dusk is planning on concentrating on STOs which are going to be huge in the near future. The ICO market is dying and STOs are the future.
Imagine if Dusk becomes the Ethereum of STOs

Yes i also think that the fiat gateway will be one the key of the sucess of ternion. Its one of the most important feature for an exchange at the moment. Its hard to developp and to build, not all exchanges can offer a fiat gateway to users.
In my opinion a high risk strategy because of the additional regulatory eyes, but I suppose you have to stand out from the crowd somehow.
But wouldnt getting regulated actually help to bring a lot of money to the exchange? People would feel "safer" putting their money onto a regulated exchange I would think.

Looking at the roadmap it shows that the Exchange Closed Beta will be before the end of the year. Is that still on track? Do you still anticipate the closed beta being available before 2019?
that would be great to see in my opinion. although the KYC always gives me pause.
Whats your issue with KYC? I personally don't mind KYC since I believe we need some of these steps to get new money into the world of crypto. Seems to be the next step if we want to keep increasing the market caps.

I have seen other similar project using that vesting strategy, it doesn't guarantee a stable price, but at least give some breathing space to small investors.
Well if team doesn't have a vesting period but they believe the project, they won't sell. Still, it is a guarantee for investors that founders won't dump at day one. Doesn't have a big impact if they are trustworthy.
It's a touch subject to tackle. The team should obviously be able to sell come coins so that they can get paid for their hard work but obviously no one wants to see the price dumped.

Their token will be used within the application as some kind of loyalty token, isn't it? Transporters gain token and then they can spend it as far as I understood
Yes, drivers can get tokens via the drivers community app as rewards but the tokens are also means to access services and features on the platform, I think.
Does anyone have concerns that drivers might not care to use a token, or maybe they don't want to learn how to? Are there plans for a mobile app? Since drivers are in their car all the time, thats the main access to the internet that they have.

The data revolution.. I dont see why data project are so hype this days.. Havent we seen lots of data project recently what is new about his one ? maybe i need to go through whitepaper before commenting
These days much of our lives revolve around data. How did Facebook and Google get worth so much? They have the data.
Watch some sports and what do they show the whole time....statistics, catch probabilities, etc. Everyone loves data.

Okay, so we have an interesting case here. A decentralized exchange with fiat withdrawal and KYC/AML. Benefits of a decentralized exchange are typically not having KYC/AML and transparency of transactions. Can you really call it decentralized when it depends on KYC/AML and an interconnection with a centralized exchange?
Hi, Ternion is a centralized exchange which will later on become a hybrid one. I don't think this is much of a problem. None of the decentralized exchanges have much volume currently. It's apparent that the market prefers centralized exchanges at this point.

Seems like a solid project, but I can't fathom how one can possibly hope to create a scalable distributed network that can handle bulky media network traffic while also promising anonymity. People usually have a hard enough time tackling those problems separately.
I share your thoughts also but according to the team this is a research project and its normal that it has complexities. In this sense, we should rather trust the ability of the team to deliver it.
Since this is a research project do you worry about how long it can take to achieve some of the items? Do you have any concerns that the timeline can get stretched out much longer than the planned roadmap?
