The 40BTC is somewhat in a semi cold storage , that's why I am hesitant to pull 10 BTC from that address .
Then I have to go through a heck of step to put remaining coins to cold storage.
All the comments above hints that I am a scammer , but I am not , My case , my descirpion in btc jam is open as possible and I didn't think that being honest and open is also not welcomed in this forum ,

Those who have titles , I am broke give me you money without collateral was funded and all investor got fucked up.

I am sorry but I cannot follow that terms . No one does that in BTCjam , even one line loan request in btcjam are getting funded with lower credit scoring . I have given my details in BTCjam  and tried to be as open as possible and some people in this forum is calling it high risk loan , Its better not to take loan from such Aholes. by the way thanks for your offer , but if you can fund me through btcjam you will get 5% , monthly. paying back in bitcoins will be impossible if the btc price jumps on December , so if you check the btcjam link , the loan is connected with BitstampUSD
