Yes, it will have Adsense until one day, a Google employee wake up from a bad night and ban it... Is Google, they can do whatever they want without explanation. So, Adsense is great until it is no more 

All faucets and sites like this have no chance in the long term to survive with Google Adsense, that's a fact

Algo que yo hice fue comprar otra moneda (Algunas como el DOGEcoin permiten comprar con tarjeta más fácilmente) y luego cambiar a BTC, hice 2 transacciones de esta forma, en una perdí plata y en la otra gane, esto especulando con el tipo de cambio de una y otra moneda.

Claro que hablo de cantidades pequeñas, ni cercanas a 1BTC

Yo lo hice como tu dices, primero verificas uno nuevo, y luego borras el anterior. De todas maneras, si dejas ambos números puedes elegir a cual quieres que te llegue el SMS de confirmación cada vez.

Más allá de esto, yo uso Authy en Android para la confirmación, me resulta mucho más práctico que esperar el SMS que a veces demora mucho.
