The concept of Bet & Own sounds quite interesting and your statements, such as that the product will be fully completed instill some optimism, but amid a large number of thrash ICOs, I am wary of loud statements. Every time a player places a bet, his bet is being distributed in the following way:
Instant Game 85%
Jackpots 10%
House Edge 5%
As you can see, relatively small part of every bet goes into Jackpots. Jackpots is where the Infinite Chance principle works.
For example:
1. Jackpot: 10 ETH;
2. Player A bets 1ETH;
3. Jackpot grows for 10% from her bet (or for 0.1 ETH for that matter) and becomes 10.1 ETH;
4. Everyone who has ever placed at least one bet has a chance in Jackpots. For example, contribution to Jackpots from all players were 1000 ETH (including 0.1 ETH from the Player A, who places only 1 bet).
5. Chance to win the Jackpot for Player A will be: 0.1 × 100 / 1000 = 0.01%
6. Winner takes all the Jackpot
7. Next Jackpot is being formed and played in the same way.
Now Player A will have a chance in each and every of the infinite number of next Jackpots wether she won or lost in Instant Game or one of the Jackpots. If player A will place an additional bet, her chances in all of the next jackpots will grow up.
The more players placed their bets, the less their separate chances to win Jackpots (but Jackpots will be more lucrative). Thats the price of the Infinite Chance to win.
For more than 10 years of our experience in gambling, including lottery operations, it becomes obvious: when it comes to Jackpots, its not the winning percentage whats important for a player, but the fact of having the chance. In other words, a player is not stupid, she embraces the fact that a chance for a jackpot is insignificant, but at the same time believes that he can be the lucky one to take it to the bank.

The next day, 200 more bets were placed, all 300 have chances in the Jackpots.
