but what i am taking is Moringa Oleifera (Malungay) and Turmeric tea,as i don't believe in western medicine all i want is herbal and organic.
I also take turmeric tea because it has an anti inflammatory content that I really need. However I stopped using it because its not advisable to take if you have this certain condition I had.
Supplement forms of turmeric that are hydro-soluble will absorb better. But, yes, check with your doctor as there may be contraindications.
Im a coffee lover and drinking 3 times a day but after I was diagnosed with thyroid problem my doctor advise me not to take coffee anymore because it can trigger more complications.
does the doctor really said that?stopping you from taking coffee totally?thats bad because i think drinking coffee sometime is Ok.
So now, I am more on herbal drinks like turmeric tea because its way better and suits better for me with anti inflammation benefits.
i love turmeric tea, that is what i am taking everyday, even in office i don't take coffee instead i take Turmeric at coffee break.
One other thing to note about turmeric is that it technically absorbs better in a hydro-soluble supplement form.

For turmeric, the body has challenges absorbing it naturally, so a form that is hydro-soluble absorbs better.

Turmeric has many anti-inflammatory benefits, and is better absorbed in a supplement form that uses a hydro-soluble technology. Turmeric acts as an antioxidant, may stimulate the immune system, and supports joint and digestive health.
