I have neither of the things you mentioned above? Should i? I guess i can take payments directly to my wallet but people will need to email me about it if they want to do it that way. For me it's no problem.

And reviews, i'm afraid not. Simply because i shipped my first order less than 2 weeks ago. So they didn't even had time to grow them yet. I sold a few kits but i haven't really started advertising yet. I will soon buy ads on the shroomery and some other sites.
As this is a new site it will take some time before people find out about it, buy from it, grow it and write a review on whatever site.

@recat:  There is a subreddit for everything (we're giving away a 32GB Nexus 7 Tablet tomorrow on Reddit)!  And yes, fees are important.  BTC does not always go up in value every day(and will hopefully somewhat stabilize one day), a company cannot survive by speculating the market and hoping to make money off incoming BTC while paying out USD.  We'll leave that to the actual speculators.  As a business with investors(we just finished another successful round of funding including the same group who invested in Bitpay, Coinlab, Tradehill, and Coinsetter) we have to have a plan to make profits that do not include "well, we will make money if the BTC value rises, but if not, well, you lose money".

Is bitinstant now safe to use? I had used them before and it was quite convenient for me. However, I was put off when many people claimed to not be receiving their coins during the recent exchange rate fluctuations? Should I be worried about long delays?
