We can ask a refund of the IPO?

I've been up for 24 hours at this point trying to see things through and it's time for bed.

IPO investors, look forward to an e-mail tomorrow about all of the issues and choices (including refund, if needed, since this launch was a fail) as I will still pound on and try to get this thing kick started.

I was solo mining this and accidentally the entire blockchain.

Is this dangerous?

Pls respond.

you accidentally what

The entire blockchain.

My GPU isn't working anymore now and I don't know what to do Cry

What happened? I had the same problem. My Gpus fucked up and the screen was flickering and turning black even after restarting it. After 40 minutes it started working again. It's very scary, because it's a lot of money lost if damaged.

I had Vertminer going and it seemed to be working, found a few blocks but then suddenly the screen went funny and when it came back on the entire blockchain had accidentally. My PC keeps shutting down now, it won't even boot up any more. It better not be permanently damaged, the entire rig was worth over 9000 dollars.

What do you mean with : "and when it came back on the entire blockchain had accidentally." ??

I mean the entire blockchain. Like every transaction that had ever happened so far. That's why I'm so worried about it, I hope that wasn't what caused all the problems with this launch.

Yep it may have accidentally the whole thing as it was over 9000

if you really wanted to sell at $12, you could have put in an order yesterday.

I dare say my hindsight is as powerful as yours Smiley Who knew what it was going to today. The point is - you should be able to log into that site at any time in under a minute, not 10-15 like it took to log in + add a trade

The BTC price dropped from ~$12 to ~$10 in the time it took to log me in and allow me to input a trade.
Use the API, write a bot, move to a location closer to the MtGox server, stay logged in, type faster, disable images in your browser... :-/

lol

Honestly, Mt Gox is absolutley ridiculous. The BTC price dropped from ~$12 to ~$10 in the time it took to log me in and allow me to input a trade. What the hells wrong with that site?

I miss the good ol' days of 5am to 11pm back breaking farm work. EVERYONE was employed back then, from the day they turned 10, till they died at 35{.}

 Made me chuckle

No offence but it is very ignorant of the market to think you can raise the price per coin with a $50 purchase that you are trying to complete at $16.** when the price is actually $13.** lol

Doubt (m)any will just give you money. Maybe you will get 0.01 from someone

Theres little to no point in buying a GPU imo for a return on its investment unless you want to bet on a rise in BTC value (which at the moment seems very unlikely to me), or wish to partake in many months of 24/7 mining. The figures just dont stack up imo, unless your still a kid when a few $ make a difference.

For example I can make more money with 1 hour of work than 1 month of mining, so I'v been out for weeks now. Still keep a stock of BTC on the exchanges out of interest though

Iv seen 100 degrees when I forgot and left the fan at 35 rpm. Was only hashing at 230 each core when I noticed, but everything was fine when I turned it back up. Couldnt have been more than 30 minutes though. Dont find mining worthwhile now so its pretty safe from here on

With difficulty relatively stabalized

So its more of a ~this week calculation x52?, rather than yearly

What other investment gives 280% ROI yearly when things are "bad" Huh

Can you include your full calculations for this 280% figure/the coming year or loan me your crystal ball lol
