hi, my account isn't enabled/restored yet.maybe it will take a bit longer because i had pending withdrawals and they need to buy the coins from the open market, so i will see my coins only if the market makes a 10 - 20% drop  Wink.

hi, from august to december(after3 support tickets) and the verification process took way to long on their side, imo.
Could you clarify the time frame? How long did the verification process take?

some say 12 days, but in my case it took 3-4 months, my uploaded documents were okay and i think they have forgotten my kyc request, because i have send them 3 or 4 reminders and i have received only an automated text reply. but honestly i wanted to withdraw 4+ btc and i have send an support ticket because the coins were not send after 24hrs, and now my account is blocked, i am only able to login, no balance, order history for me...
Very interesting story, but I would like to see at least some evidence.

I assume you need to contact the exchange's technical support. Usually, Technical support responds with a pause of 10-24 hours.

Dear all,
are there any users from bitebtc in this channel? i have btc,ltc withdrawal issue and i need my coins before 31.12.2018? i have submitted a ticket but no answer so far. can anyone share his/her experience with withdrawals,how long will they take, i mean when an exchange writes under the withdrawal section that this operation can take up to 24 hours and thats way much longer than on any other exchange, than i shouldn't take longer...thx.
