INTRODUCTION
Before updating about everything we have been working on, its important to look back and summarize the underlining principles of Arch.
The original ARCH whitepaper focused on the concept of controlling the flow of information within a decentralized autonomous corporation (DAC) in an effort to promote financial stability and growth within a DAC and protecting sensible information. While most cryptocurrencies are created as an alternative to bitcoin, ARCH was created as a startup holding company whose equity is represented by a cryptographic token. The goal is to test new applications of blockchain technology as well as to model an investor-token relationship in a use-case scenario involving a real startup with palpable products and services. To improve equity fungibility, revenue from any of the holding company's products or services is to be used to purchase more tokens from the market, thereby making the holding company's equity token exponentially more valuable with each additional revenue stream. Although no substantial revenue has been injected into ARCH's fungibility yet, its tiered conditional access levels have created a natural self-audit system that has proven very effective when it comes to managing this corporate setup and its shareholders. Value in information is trusted to shareholders according to their own responsibility in the corporate structure. In this tiered setup, the amount of tokens held serves as a basis of evaluating trust and involvement with the company itself. This system promotes unbiased transparency from the just the introdevelopers and corporate responsibility on behalf of the shareholders. The reasoning behind this is simple, accounting-wise it would be hell on earth for those in charge to keep numbers on track if, for example, we would have 16M shareholders (as if every person would want to get 1 share of ARCH for 1 coin only). Therefore logic indicates that perhaps for example "packets of 1,000 coins" could be used at the time of the swap for "packets of 1,000 shares".
Again, for the sake of the accountants and the health of the books.
Just MY personal thinking, it does NOT reflect an official answer at all, just brainstorming here.
Surely BTCA or other admin member will come back with a clarification soon.

The minimum amount to exchange for a corresponding company share is the 32k CEO position.
It only costs 1.8btc atm but I'm sure that position will be out of reach for most investors when the time comes.
I think that having a minimum amount (32k) is a good idea, it will make being a CEO even more sought after/valuable when it comes to the time, to dish out the shares.

Our expectations regarding the Kickstarter crowd funding exceeds 3 million USD with most of the funding coming from pledgers making pre-orders of the final product. Other pledge rewards will include a miniature of a Moby and daily holiday stays at the floating prototype according to the amount of funding.

Main reason why Dubai has been put on the table is because the shipyard building Moby has had a constant presence at the Dubai Boat Show (http://www.boatshowdubai.com/) and wants to have an alternative high end product to showcase in 2015.
Options here are purely made according to the best tax option and whatever benefits our company goals in the long run. Isle of Mann has also been addressed but the final decision next week will depend on the accountants feedback.

Company shares have been issued on ClearingHouse and all the documents pertaining to ARCH will also be notarized though the same platform, including the document stating the following whitepaper premise:
"ARCHcoin is real. 365 days after launch each CEO wallet will be entitled, at request, to ownership rights though notarial deed of a percentage of ARCH LTD, according to the amount of coins traded in for that purpose. The ARCH Network is yours."

Our expectations regarding the Kickstarter crowd funding exceeds 3 million USD with most of the funding coming from pledgers making pre-orders of the final product. Other pledge rewards will include a miniature of a Moby and daily holiday stays at the floating prototype according to the amount of funding.
Movie, marketing and communication will be handled by a local team in Portugal. Website framework and backend is already being handled by ARCH CEOs although orders can only be processed when the ARCH company is registered and legally able to emit receipts.

I have just been so impressed with everything ARCH has done thus far and with everything they are planning for the future, it is truely the best coin development team I've had the pleasure to be involved with. The other thing I have noticed is the community members in the Slack platform are most friendly supportive people I've had contact with online. They all help each other and are all very supportive. There are great things going to be happening with this coin, and if you don't get in now, you'll regret later on!
