i still remember this news on coindesk http://www.coindesk.com/mark-t-williams-bitcoin-bulls-time-will-vindicate-prediction/
where he predicts price will fall hard some where this year, which came past, but he kinda still believe in it.

and now one guy has all 30k btc, did he buy low or high? i believe we don't know yet.

we might know if the non-winners disclose there highest bid.

what do you guys thing, would 30k be dumped slowly or like falling brick?

what if he is holding the 30k for months+, regardless buying it for a low cheap?

hi guys, looks like it might crash to about 300 range, what you say guys?

That train has sailed as AM doesn't have the money and the deployment capabilities to deploy a big scale self mining operation. FC could do it right as soon as he had chips in hand, but he didn't do it.

4) When will dividends start, and how frequently will they occur?
When the cash-flow becomes positive. After we decide to put significant quantity of chips on ASICMiner owned farms it should be per week. Before that, per month.

7) What is the status of self mining? What is the rollout schedule for the data centers?

8 ) What is the status of franchising partners? When can we expect to see income from them?
We will report the more detailed status to the board first. The short answer is that deploying and financing is easy while getting cheap electricity and proper device solution takes time. When we have farms running we can update the related information with real time hash rate.

If he holds for months, that causes deflation making less BTC in circulation = higher price.
i can't make sense of it, because, this 30k been held as hostage for long time, and btc already hit 1k+ usd.

edit: oh yea there is still that 100k+ btc i heard , still held as hostage, so ?

why on god's earth do we want to bother FC right now with this exchange site?

havelock is robust enough that there is literally no reason for FC to even consider a new platform, especially when he's in the middle of a product cycle like gen3.

because it sure wastes him and us more time to ping pong pm/email to transfer shares. FC does not like rent seekers that eventually screw, or he would give all the shares to havelock to manage. Personally I don't see havelock last more than 3 years. Distributed exchange lasts forever, although things might not be as quick as centralized one.

I think, that our Panamanian Havelock is preparing for final run. We as community addressed several security concerns to them months ago, like locked withdrawal address, pgp encrypted mails, fixed time period between change of settings, they always tell you that they care, but true is they don't care, nothing changed.

Better to have counterparty or coloredcoins than this ready to run away centralized fog

what do you mean by final run.
some new security implementation?

2 things that concern/confuse me:

- The "Exchanges" expense, with no further explanation.
- Announce "aggressive dividends" and then suddenly have negative dividends.

How can you as CEO of a publicly listed company, make such run-up statements and then just post 2 links to your very vague finances that show a loss, and think it's sufficient? To me that's a CEO that no longer gives a fuck.

maybe the aggressive div after the reinvestment

Rockxie, I must say, you don't inspire a whole lot of trust with how you're managing this. So the shares that were to go on IPO were actually on sale elsewhere? and please update the OP so people don't have to go through 5 pages for nothing

well, he said time is money

edit: i think some one will make a PT double the price, like labcoin ipo they sold to first come, then trade started double of ipo , if i remember correct.

6000 private shares are all belong to co-founders of ROCKMINER.
We are going to be a transparent company of course, but may not be 100% .

So the other 54000 private shares were sold to Pre-IPO investors?

What are your plans for the end of the year when AM Gen3 chip's and your assembled miner's profit margin starts to taper off?

Is there Dividend protection for IPO investors?

Sorry,made a mistake.6k should be 60k.

We have long term plan. Produce miners of GEN3 ASCIMINER  is our shortly target. We will adjust our plan according situation of market.
Thing change faster than you can imagine.

so pre-ipo will eat up some of the 15k shares,  and the rest will go up on ipo day? correct?

didn't he invested in his ability/energy/work done, etc? isn't the 80% for re-invesment?

if his "ability/energy/work done" is worth $4,000,000 he need to explain that.

i made mistake Tongue i assumed 80% you referred, is the re-investment plan, but its the 60k (80%) shares, right?

i have no clue if he will holding majority of that shares, if you mean that

edit: and maybe some of that into re-investment Smiley , i don't see re-investment plan in OP, maybe i miss? some one point me please

Rockxie,

Will there be a guaranteed return on IPO prior to owner shares being paid a dividend like AM did for their IPO?

In other words, will the owner shares be receiving dividends on day 1, or will only IPO shareholders receive dividends until .15 is paid out.

Rockxie,

Could you please respond to this question?

Thank you.

He ignored it like 5 times, the answer is clearly no.

Also since he is more or less keeping 80% of the income while investing nothing, what is to stop someone from doing exactly what he is but only keep lets say 50% of the income. Would that not just kill off the value of this company?

didn't he invested in his ability/energy/work done, etc? isn't the 80% for re-invesment?

Rockxie,

Will there be a guaranteed return on IPO prior to owner shares being paid a dividend like AM did for their IPO?

In other words, will the owner shares be receiving dividends on day 1, or will only IPO shareholders receive dividends until .15 is paid out.

This IPO is intended to improve ROCKMINER's influence in community and find the right parter oversea, money is secondary, and this is the reason we only raise 1500BTC. All shares with the same rights.

but you said time is money Smiley

i would like to know the answer for question above

IPO is not a easy thing. Everything is based on trust, sorry for my pool english and sorry for not replying every question.

We have started a Pre-IPO for large users.

feels like you are rushing, how many shares will be left in ipo day for public?
