t seems that customer service focuses on user access problems, 2FA, only.

They do not take care of the security problem that occurred at the end of May, with malicious scripts, changing deposit and withdrawal addresses, which caused other users and me, to steal our money.

I already sent CSFBC by PM the details of my case, but I still have not received a response.

There is a new support team at Freebitco.in, after 2 months I received a response by email.

Freebitco.in Support Team User CSFBC, is now accepting messages from Newbies as well.

Even though they didn't respond to me, what I actually sent in the message, basically, the stolen money, as happened to most of you, at least there is someone who is taking care of it.

I will continue with this, until I receive financial compensation for the loss.

The support does not respond at all, if you have a problem logging in to the site, password, 2FA, or whatever, forget it, you lost everything you had.

Of course, if not, I wouldn't be wasting my time here, writing here that I've been robbed on Freebitco.in, but until I get a response from someone responsible for the site, I'm not going to stop, I'm even going to spread it everywhere .

The evidence is in my account, they can see how my withdrawal was made to an address that was not mine. I also have the payment confirmation email. I have already sent several emails and PMs, but no one has responded to me at all.

Just one reply from someone from Frebitco.in, I need.
