Windows user here - at the moment I have a balance amount in "Stake" and a balance amount in "Spendable" as I have mined a few coins. Do i have to make a payment to myself to move the "spendable" into my "Stake" to increase my rewards?

Hi, another Newbie here. I've had my laptop on for around 5-10 hours per day for around 10 days. However, my expected reward time has been stuck on '1 day' for about 5 days now.

Any idea what im doing wrong, or do i need to be online 24/7 ?
