Now how do I get my bitcoin cash?

downloaded bitcoin core, abandoned transaction, and it worked. Thank You all for the help

Hi, i sent my coins with out a fee and the transaction was never confirmed. Some of my coins returned but 2/3 of them are not back. I read on a forum that if i cancel the transaction they will return. The instructions are posted below. I can navigate here and have backed up my wallet but being new to coins wanted input if this is correct and will work. Thanks in advance for any help.

What should I do since some of the coins came back but not all of them. about 30% have come back.

Yes I can post id, I don't even know if that is safe to do? Thats why I never even changed wallets I'm scared to even touch it Is it ok to share id publicly? sorry for stupid questions.

Forgive me I know very little about computers, I can barely type. I bought some btc years ago they are on a Bitcoin-Qt v08.5 beta wallet. I tried to send them to an exchange but didn't know to add fee. the trans action has been stuck but some (about a third) came back. I have no idea what to do. I am scared to death I am going to lose them.
