No one has a clue as to why every share I mine is being rejected?

Using new EWFB miner 2.0 and updated wallet

Put "--pers BitcoinZ" in the command line for the miner.

thanks ill try that. This is what Im using now

miner  --algo 192_7 --pers BitcoinZ --server us.miningspeed.com --port 3072 --user (address) --pass x
pause

EDIT: i SEE NOW. tHE POOLS CHANGED THEIR COMMAND LINES. I was using the stock algo. Running smooth now

Hello all.

I think Ive done everything right but anytime I begin to mine now every single share is rejected. Not to mention my hashrate drops to almost zero. Ive tried multiple pools all same thing so Its probably something stupid I did or didnt do.

Is there anything I havent read or did I screw something up haha

Using the updated EWFB miner and 2x 1080

If I have 100 coins in my wallet; how much will I recieve weekly /monthly... Can anyone explain please.. 🙏

There is a calculator on our homepage, the frontpage of it. www.bitcoininterest.io

Weekly, around 0.49BCI / week

Monthly, around 1.93 BCI / month

Those are atm estimates, it all depends on the pool size (mining) and how many people are staking weekly or monthly

Hello. Thanks for creating BCI!

I was wondering how will interest payments/pool be affected once mining is complete? Does that change anything?

People wearing this signature for eleven week and their payouts are 100-500 tokens. this project is most pathetic i ever saw. all campaign is speculating with foto of john mcafee. foto is all what they have.

A little bit strange because there are also no more answers to questions and activity in this thread dropped drastically. Not looking so good now anymore.

You think maybe the devs are actually WORKING instead of sitting here and answering every little question by random users?

Honestly I would worry more about a company that does nothing but talk compared to a company that you rarely hear from.

i see this scammers do not want pay bounty. greed and pathetic team. investors will see that this project is a stpid joke among blockchain projects.

Ppl are getting bounty payments all the time, including myself.

Im super excited about this project! Very smart idea to turn idle or wasted energy into profit/other resource

I was away from mining for some time.

I know DSTM is %2 fee whereas EWBF is %1.

Can someone tell me how much DSTM is faster for

GTX 1060
1070
1080ti?

In December DSTM was faster %1.5 %2 and almost same result with EWBF because of fee difference.

I dont know about others, I can only speak for myself but last year or so Ive seen better and faster results using DSTM mining Zcash on nanopool.

I see lower speeds and weird devfee with EFWB in last month or so. But then again, it does seem to run extremely well on suprnova compared to nanopool.

Im getting roughly 500sol/s NON OC with my GIGABYTE windforce 8gb 1080

How are so many people getting great (550 or more sol/s) with their 1070ti?

Any numbers on a 1080 8GB ?

Im running a Gigabyte Windforce and getting roughly 500-550 sol/s (1 GPU) on average but Ill see it at 600 sol/s at times.  Non OC. Stock settings

Sometimes when checking "current hash rate" via the API I'll see 800 sol/s or more but I just toss that up to some kind of misread or error.

Re: Is mining still worth it for the average person?

Even with the inflated prices you’re still better off buying today to start mining ASAP. If the shortage ends tomorrow, then yes waiting was better. If it ends in 4 weeks, then the money you saved wasn’t worth it. It’s just hard to overpay because we remember the prices from 6 weeks ago but dollar for dollar, the prices aren’t inflated enough to make waiting worth it. I’m sure everyone’s opinion will vary.

I agree, but at the same time, some people don't look at what prices were back in November/December.  So they end up paying double what gpu's were going for 2-3 months ago.  I don't think that's a wise move, because there are deals to be had, but you have to know how to get them, and you have to be very very quick.  Now is not the time to go on Amazon, eBay, Newegg, ect. and purchase from resellers who are asking double or more what I paid for the same gpu in November/December.

Exactly. EBAY roughly August 2017, I scored a lightly used 1080 Windforce for $450. Dude was selling a ton of them after mining for 3months with like 20 of them and accepted my offer for such a low price. I guess maybe he only had 2 remaining and said "f*ck it"?

Either way, back in August of 2017, Pre November I should say, a decent 1080 was going for $500 to $600. Now they're going for over $700, sometimes more. Its crazy.

My advice would be, if you can find a decent priced GPU or equivalent, then go for it! Only live once and you never know what can happen. Profit margins aren't to great for "little" miners but its fun and maybe at the end of the year you'll have paid your GPU off! Then buy another one and repeat! Hope whichever coin you're mining EXPLODES one day

Re: Bitcoin Gold Pools are SCAM?!

Thanks for the info. What does the pool luck actually mean? Luck luck?

It's how fast the pool finds blocks compared to its proportion of the global hashrate. For instance:
BTG block time: 10 minutes
Pool hashrate: 5 MH/s
Network hashrate: 50 MH/s
Pool has 10% of total hashrate, therefore should find blocks every 100 minutes on average
if it finds blocks with a 90 minutes average, luck = 90 minutes / 100 minutes = 0.9

Anything slightly below 1 is good, because indeed lucky (if you are superstitious), or because it has a slightly faster server connection or something.
Anything slightly above 1 is bad,
grossly above or below = fishy af

Luck is sometimes worded as "effort". Again, less effort to find blocks = good.

pool.gold ... well... just look effort from the last 20 blocks: 1.58, 1.06, 1.87, 6.14, 1.60, 5.90, 4.75, 0.22, 1.21, 4.17, 2.33, 9.59, 3.38, 2.49, 3.73, 0.42, 7.46, 4.42, 3.43, 0.69

Average luck, last 20 blocks... a whopping 3.32

Thanks.

Been mining BTG until price dropped and switched to ZEC.

Was getting approx .02 -.03 BTG per day with a single Gigabyte Windforce 1080 on Suprnova using EWBF miner. Sometimes more/less

Mining ZEC now and getting less actual coin but approx $5 to $6 ever day or day and half. Price keeps rising since ZEC has went on a little run.

A while ago i went all in ZClassic and bought about 365 Coins when the price was about 2$ per coin, but i decided to sell a couple of days after.
Two weeks later zclassic mooned and i could make about 80k now.

i learned my lesson in the hard way..

I know your pain!

Years ago I bought 6 BTC at $60 each to use online. Well I forgot about them until price was roughly $100 each. I thought I scored big and spent them on Silk Road haha

Shortly after BTC went sky rocket and never stopped. I seriously did not see it coming so fast and so high.

Lets just say I "HODL" nowadays.

Im starting to feel the same with pool.gold but for some reason I cant configure my EWFB miner to work with supernova. With pool.gold it just started right up but with supernova I cant get it running. I set up my worker on the website but I cant configure my cfg file properly I guess.

Can someone tell me what Im doing wrong? Should I be entering the info differently from pool.gold? Really stumped at this point. Thanks so much

paste your config and i'll check, it should actually be pretty the same like on the other pools, just use a username.workername combo instead of an address

I FIGURED IT OUT!! i wasnt entering my address as xxxxxx.xxxxx!! I forgot the period.

Was mining pool.gold with a single 1080 and was receiving about $3 every other day which is roughly HALF of the sated rate. Ill update with supernovas pay rate after my first payment... So far I can say that my accepted shares increased by double. Same hashrate and everything but supernova seems to be working faster?
