Why is that, that after i entered my email address, I didn't receive any confirmation email? And in the medium Havven blog says that I need to provide my name, email address, eth address and etc. but I can't because in the Havven website they only ask for email address then I didn't receive any email. How can I join the airdrop?  Cry
P.S. I also checked the spam messages, still nothing.
The airdrop registration starts on February 4th, so you won't be able to enter your details until then.

And unfortunately we've realised that the confirmation email for the mailing list isn't working, so we're trying to get that fixed ASAP.

Thanks for the clarification.. I was confused as the website doesn't really give out much information on how the airdrop process works.

Cheers, if you can make it clearer on the website that would be great!

EDIT: Also, the token sale... is that a similar thing?

XWC is a 3 year old de centralization global block chain, which is attractive for its growth and remarkable technological development.

Almost 4 years now!

XWC is pumped quite a lot. Why? What is so good in XWC? What XWC is solving so good?

Well fundamentally we basically pride ourselves on a really good network, community and growth.

So, we have a very high percentage of coins being staked.. this creates a really good network where syncing is very fast (much faster to download XWC wallet and have the blockchain up to speed than pretty much any other coin). Fast transaction times. Very power efficient network through the use of Whitenode... our entire network (if everyone used Whitenode) could be secured for less power than a single ASIC miner on BTC network.

Our coin is community driven, our devs volunteer to work on XWC... this means what work is done for the good of you and influenced by you, there's no pre-mine profiteering, or ICO funding where a dev team can promote how they like to increase the price to just sell off their stake. Our community is engaged, friendly and helpful.

We are a growth coin with 3rd parties building off XWC and our expansion in to untapped markets to expand the influence of cryptos and XWC.

As for 'what are we solving' XWC is an old coin where the technology of the coin is what is valuable.. and we still hold true to that. low power consumption, fast, secure network.

Hope that gives you some outline.

so where the coins swapped for less coins, it might soften the blow as i had quite a few.

No, it was a 1:1 swap. New coins which were not swapped were burned, that's what reduced the overall supply

For me the answer is: NEVER!   Maybe tomorrow, this "Foundation" destroys your coins like they did to so many people.  For me that is not acceptable.  Wont be forgotten!

Because there would have been other possibilities for saving the most of the early ones and only destroy just some. The swaplist is not big. For my opinion they kicked out 90% of the early people.

NO WONDER #xwc is spammed !  Uhhh how bad is that!

1. Nobodys coins were destroyed... they were swapped.

2. The swap covered most coins that were in circulation 260 Million + if your 90% had any validity there would only be 33 Million coins

3. Your 'opinion' is exactly that, an ill informed piece of nonsense purely driven by emotion and not by any sense of knowledge. Have thoughts not opinions, it will serve you better

4. the tag is $XWC... and it is not spammed negatively, it is used by 2 groups, one who send out signals whenever XWC moves in price and others who want our community to see their exchange or similar... you're pretty much the only one spreading FUD.

5. I'm glad this won't be forgotten, maybe you'll learn a lesson about keeping track of your investments

what do you think guys about this project for long term investment?

another noob with 12 posts but he has XWC from a couple years ago....whatever

If some how you did and maybe opened a shill account, quit you fucking crying. Grow a pair and take responsibility for being too dumb/lazy to look after your investment.

Your fud is nonsense. "90% of the early people", what a moron. I would bet most were smart enough to check in at least ever 90days for news. That would have been enough to not miss out.

Had you been respectful towards the foundation I might have given you some xwc from my own stash because you were left behind. I doubt you ever owned any xwc in the first place.

If your done sobbing crypto tears, you should get back to accumulating to take advantage of great prices.

Note: If you were wrongfully incarcerated, in a coma, in combat fighting alongside coalition forces or otherwise incapacitated during the swap I might reconsider....otherwise, get fucked.

+1 solid response there man  Smiley Gotta love the FUD

I think the news is grim for the "old" wallet holders.

It is unfortunate but I'm still amazed that someone would disappear completely after being involved enough "back in the day" as to own anything. I tweeted, linkedin and even facebooked about the swap because I've been there and it sucks.

I would wait for the "official word" before breaking down though.

The "official word" has been given numerous times on this and the past few pages...

I think people keep asking hoping that the "official word" will change, unfortunately it won't

Guys do not mess with this coin, you'll see that it will not last six months
Bud stay back, if you don't want to be a part of this coin just stay back dont say anything wrong. I went through your problem and let me tell you that your problem not anyone else. As Blitz told you That Guy find that guy and get back your $20 or just shut up and invest in XWC and next time even its $1 or its $1M dont forget your investment. Each and everyone involve in this coin knew that swap is happening and bittrex is going to swap the coin so EVERYTHING WAS FAIR AND CLEAR so don't blame anyone. If you want to blame someone than just blame yourself and I suggest don't blame yourself also just be thankful that with few $ you learned M$ lesson.
Good luck

+1 appreciate the support

The guy doesn't care about it for 3 years.. lets others do all the work to keep the coin going and make it thrive to then arrive with a sense of self entitlement about it all!

What nonsense are you talking about? He picked up the project and is obliged to pay debts for it! He did not create his new coin, he took it!
I understand you're on his salary, with you more dialogue will not be! People already understand everything!

What nonsense are you talking about? do you even understand this project?

HAHAHA you're hilarious, 'Salary' it's community coin where nobody gets paid anything...

Fuck you don't know anything about the coin you're talking about.

Well you learnt a lesson in life which only cost you $20... PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT YOU INVEST IN

Cheer up, move on, you're not entitled to anything and will not receive anything

You say "no longer eligible to do with" but the person who took the business from the scammers is obliged to pay his bills absolutely by the entire user and without time limit. It's a fact and everyone works that way and if you do not understand it, you finish school first and then come here. Is it Is it clear now?
GUYS THIS COIN IS SCAM!!!

No, you had an option to upgrade your coins... you didn't... you have your coins, they are worthless.. Nobody has any bill to pay you

There is no time limit on YOUR COINS.. but there was a time limit on the SWAP OF COINS...

Is it clear now?

What guy? You want to say that this user who created this topic, this is another guy? You're either dopey, or with him at the same time! What does it mean that I no longer have the right? I put my money into this shit and he has to return them to me! Do you understand?

Well you said "we all know perfectly how he acted in 2014"

If you know anything about the coin you would know 'that guy' didn't do anything for the coin, in fact he made a broken coin from the beginning..

Anyway, 'put your money into this shit'... what 2014 you put $20 at it and didn't care enough about your investment to check in on it at all for 3 years...

You no longer have the right for XWC PoS V3 coins... you can keep your legacy coins (which you still have) and try to restart the blockchain and create a market for XWC classic.

Do your homework

Such a feeling that the developer is 16 years old and he by virtue of his stupidity thinks everyone is stupid.
We all know perfectly well how he acted in 2014, at the start of the coin and opening it at the auction when there was the biggest pamp of coins he sold as much as he could and left and this is a fact
Therefore, he must immediately transfer to me my coins, so I sold them and forgot about this Scumcoin forever!

If you can find that guy we will all be very impressed!

Also, you have 'your coins'.. they just exist on an unsupported network. You were eligible for swapping those coins, but you didn't and are no longer eligible to do so.

Nobody owe's you anything

Wow, a lot of heated discussion here. Can someone please summarize as for why DeepOnion is a scam?

(Yeah, "domination tasks" or whatever they were called seemed shady, but other than that?)

Well 'a scam' is not a term I use... but I do think there are some fundamentals that are very wrong..

Firstly a large pre-mine is held by the dev (3 Million coins there is also I think another 2 or 3 Million for bounties.. which only about 60,000 have been used.. leaving almost the full amount you'd have to fact check the latter part). Which is essentially 16% of coins held by dev confirmed... up to 25% depending on how much 'bounty' funds remain unused.

So from that perspective the person who benefits by far the most is the dev...

The conditions of the Airdrop (which may have changed) that essentially require numerous positive posts per week to gain your funds I think is unethical..

The way the BCT thread is moderated is an issue.. All comments which do not put them in a good light are removed; for example when I asked them to stop spamming our Discord channel it was basically swept under the rug.. There is essentially censorship of opinion.

To sum it up, The dev has the most to gain, he gives the community a fraction in comparison whereby they have to adhere to a strict set of rules or risk losing their eligibility. It seems like the community members are the product he's trying to sell

Thank you. I have understood pre-mine / bounty information is public and has not been changed since the launch, so even though it is dev focused it's not like they are trying to hide that fact. I do agree that up to 25% to devs is too much.

Spamming is certainly an issue and encouraging the community to spam via domination tasks is .. as you said unethical. I didn't know about the moderation in the BCT thread which seems weird and unnecessary.

Yes it is public now... When I looked at it about week 6 - 8 of their Airdrop it was not public... I did the maths of their Airdrop and saw there was a large short fall between the amount set aside for airdrop and the cumulative amount that was to be dropped..

When I mentioned the amount which was the difference, my comments were deleted... even though they were not 'negative' comments just merely stated that there are these unaccounted for coins, I even said in that comment that hey they can run the airdrop how they wish, nobody is forced to participate, be in if you want or out if you want.

As I said, (which you've recognised) there is a worrying amount of 'controlled opinion' and I feel that people are essentially being used (yes they gain some benefit) to primarily benefit the 'dev'

Market goes up in general. That spamcoin is down - 8% today. That says a lot.

I would expect the volume to remain high as the 18 million premined shitcoins need to be sold before it totally crashes.

I've been making sure all of their twitter posts get a nice little reply about their 'hidden Domination campaign'.. It's pissed a lot of altcoin groups off

Hopefully the individuals they have targeted on twitter (10 of them I can see) start to get pissed off too and really burn their credibility...

I can not believe that Deep Onion scam, because so much time is the company for distribution of onions. Airdrop was so much and still be. And the technology to replace Tor must be gorgeous.

Well you have to remember who the main benefactor is... the Dev, he has a vast amount of coins... he needs other's to give his coins value, I'd be willing to put in 6 months of effort and delete any post that is contrary to his wishes if it gave me a cool $9 Million USD....

And that's assuming that he doesn't pocket the large reserves of bounty coins which would push it pretty close to $16 Million..
