Is there some limitation who can buy coins? Limitation - country?
It is open for anyone in any country to invest in as fas as it is not against their native law. Limitations are only for countries who are expressly not permitted to participate in ICO generally.Probably you mean country like China

this looks like a nice project that you have implemented for Nigeria as well as Africa, however i think the ICO price for the coin is too steep, considering that there is really nothing special that diffrenciates your coin from any other random pos coin. Secondly you havent given us any proof of concept on how you are going to get the banks involved, which exchanges you are in communication with e.t.c. this is vital information for your coin to succeed, otherwise yo will get a few investors on the ico and the price will dip and your coin will die. I`m hoping you take look at the things thatg i mentioned above and start working on them for you to succeed.

Development is still ongoing and an update on the launch will be coming soon.If this is so much of a scam then how are people buy and selling different products all day for TBC.

Well these people is just making a fake market about TBC they are making transactions so that people will believe that it is a crypto. I'm pretty sure that they know the market of TBC is a crap so by faking stats and markets by doing fake volumes of buying and selling will make this coin has a possibility to become real, but they can't fool me.
Very deep conversation with fellow AI enthusiasts and we left it at a question i thought i'd share here.

4) Cross chain interaction
5) Data Acquisition
6) Kernel v1
7) Simulators
8 ) Self replication
9) Inter-AI communication
10 ) Reasoning and Explanation (let the Ai make decisions and tell us why it did (simple enough as this is mostly mathematics and probabilities))
11) Network wide AI
12) Decentralized exchange (and internal interface for centralized exchanges)
Stages 1, 2 , 3, 5 are already complete.
I am working on stages 4, 6 , 9 and 11.
I guess i will have to update the doc to match my progress and changes.
