Run this:  http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/diagnosing-memory-problems-on-your-computer

If it passes, run it again in "extended mode" - let it go overnight.

It could be bad ram, ram/cpu overheating, etc. If so this test will probably catch it.

I had that happen with bitcoin - the card was overheating. had to force the fan to go 90%
