You should at least provide a username and your region for them to check.Also, if you are serious about the claim, you should provide some form of proof as well, like chat screenshots of your communication with the support.
Without such information, they won't take your claim seriously. Usually, they were fast to respond to claims like this, so no worries.

How many confirmations does it take for deposit to show up?
none, 0 Can you place a bet right away tho? Or you have to wait for at least one confirmation?
I've been able to place bets without any confirmations up until now. It says not enough balance even tho my balance is more than 1 mBTC

Bluedevil2k8, to answer your original question the guys here are correct there are 0 confirmations for a deposit, however there needs to be 3 confirmations before you can make a withdrawal on that amount.
