I actually responded to you on the previous page Cryptohunter (last post on the page) but I never got a response so not sure if you saw it or what?

I am still interested in seeing this coin on an exchange....see my remarks on the previous page....

I'm willing to kick in cash toward BTC to pay the dev....rather than try to sell or auction Beecoins....that may take a while if it even happens

Not sure who else would be willing....but cash would move the project forward....if we could get more Beecoin owners to pitch in....

Hi guys,

Glad to hear you've actually found a willing coder to take this on Cryptohunter.

The 1.8 BTC and additional amount for Yobit is really reasonable. It's less than $2000. To me that's a bargain to get someone to take this on and get it updated and listed on an exchange.

I'm good for a few hundred dollars but I'd like to make a suggestion to use Paypal for the collection bucket.

For instance, Cryptohunter would be the bucket holder and everyone would send their cash to his Paypal account via Friends and Family method. That way Paypal doesn't take any fees. This would also show a record for every donation to the bucket. And Paypal is available to most anyone in the free world.

Then Cryptohunter can purchase the necessary BTC for payment.

Once the coin gets listed on an exchange, the persons that donated to get it going would be reimbursed in Beecoins at going market rate from the bag that Cryptohunter is holding.

I feel like donating money is the quickest and surest way of doing this. Trying to find someone, even in the Beecoin community, to buy more of a basically dead coin is going to be hard and will take time.

Let's all just pony up some cash and get this done. The new dev said it would take 0.3-0.5 to get the chain going, so we can get started for a few hundred dollars.

What have we got to lose. We've wasted a couple years already.

Just my two cents guys.

Let's hear some other ideas in the next week or so from other Beecoin owners and make some kind of decision to move forward with this coin.

My wallet is still syncing after 9 days but very slowly now....about 1 block every 5 minutes or so...since about block 67xxx.

Before that, it was stopping after every 500 blocks for a few minutes before moving on.

Is anyone else having this problem? Or is this what I should expect right now with the problems.

Has anyone heard from Soopy?

That is the point, it wasn't structured. Just a wall of words

Mycoinsstore has blown up and left without anyone actually saying anything to him about Soopy. (or in fact at all)

Maybe he wasn't the right guy for the job, being he is so sensitive and all.

though I would be keen to see his plans.

If you look at what I type, it actually is structured. And just because you say it's not doesn't mean that you are correct. You just saw more than you wanted to read and it wasn't double spaced for easy reading, so you immediately stated "line breaks and Paragraphs are useful". I'm really not sure what you mean by "line breaks", but I use periods to end a sentence. Is that not the proper way to do it now? And the whole structure of what I wrote IS called a "paragraph". It was one paragraph. I've seen much, much larger paragraphs in many books that I have read over the years. The paragraph I wrote would seem small in comparison.

Just pick up most any book and look at the paragraph structure. My paragraph structure is very comparable. I went to school in the 1960's and 1970's when they actually taught English and proper language and sentence structure. Of course they didn't teach the shorthand I see people use on the internet all the time but different strokes for different folks I guess.

If you don't want to read what I post for whatever reason, that's fine. But you really shouldn't critique people about things that you are actually as bad at or worse.

I will admit double spacing makes it easier to read so I will endeavor to do that from now on.

Carry on, good sir...we're both on the same team and I don't want to fight with a fellow Beecoiner over stupid things like this.

Ok, guys.
You want soopy - you will get him back.
I still didn't received any coin for my work from anyone of BEE community, but you received a blockchain syncing and moving. So, I wish all of you good luck.
I'll shut down my node and will not publish new BEE website and fixed sources.
Goodby.

Am i missing something Huh

Why did he get upset, all of a sudden?

He went to the beach.

Got sand in vagina.

What do you expect?  Soopy pipes in after being silent for months and months and makes a single post promising miracles again and a few Beecoin bagholders jump for joy like it's the second coming of Christ and completely ignore or even thank mycoinsstore for any of his help. I don't blame mycoinsstore for acting like he did. I'm a large bagholder myself with over 1 billion so I would definitely like to see something happen after all this time. I'm pretty disappointed with Soopy to be honest. He seems to only show up here when the community tries to get the coin moving with a new dev. He obviously monitors the thread somewhat but I can't deal with no news for months and months and months at a time. I've been on board with Beecoin from the beginning with the original dev before Soopy. The original dev disappeared without saying a word. He just abandoned the coin. Soopy took over a few months later but has been absent for the last year at least. Soopy, please don't take any offense at this, but we need a full time dev. We appreciate what you've done for Beecoin but you devote most all of your time to other projects and work on Beecoin has basically stopped....so it's just time for the community to move on. There's no reason for this coin to go to waste like it is now. Just my 2 cents.

OK, only read first few lines (line breaks and paragraphs are helpful)

I don't see anyone jumping for joy at soopys post.
Mycoin had the biggest reaction to it than anyone.

I would be much happier taking actual progress than not.

You been to beach to?

I'm sorry if my paragraph was too much to read for you. Maybe school is different where you live...I don't know. I'm just being honest and straight to the point. It seemed like actual progress was being made (at least a little) by mycoinsstore. I'll bet if mycoinsstore had not posted here to help, we would not have heard from Soopy. Soopy doesn't want to work on this coin but he doesn't want anyone else to work on it either it seems.

allcoin scamming little turds

did anyone get their coins back? i emailed them and they said no such email address.

Anyone with personal information on the owner?

Cryptohunter,

The Allcoin devs did not run off with anyone's coins. They made an announcement a couple months before they closed the site that the domain had been sold....so they were shutting down. They set up the following site for coin owners to remove their coins and gave at least a month for coin owners to do so before shutting down the temporary site. They still provide a way to get coins via a support email address. It is slower but you can still get your coins.

I transferred over 300 million Beecoins before they shut down the temp site.

The address is:

http://www.btcset.com/pub/user_login

Thanks again to the Allcoin devs for making it possible to retrieve coins after their domain was sold.

My wallet won't sync after upgrading to v1.02. I added the nodes that Graham listed a page or so back but no luck. Can someone tell me what nodes they have in their conf file? I need to get some coins off of Allcoin before they shut down their temporary site on 1/25/16.

EDIT: My wallet finally synced and I was able to get my coins from Allcoin. Thank you to the Allcoin devs for doing everything they can to get coins back to their owners. Good luck to you in the future!!!

Mine's been running and staking for months....showing 2 connections at the moment....glad to see some activity here. It's been quiet but not abandoned...would love to see this finally take off. I know Soopy has been working hard behind the scenes. Great coin and community from the beginning with a real reason to get behind this coin. Bees are the world's foremost pollinators....without them....there would be a lot less food.

Is there some new version of wallet? Opened last time since coin swap to v2. Now my wallet is not updating. Zero connections.

Here's the link to the newest wallet with chat feature.

Windows Wallet Version 1.0.1 WITH CHAT FEATURE

https://www.dropbox.com/s/4178iaffen771c0/BeeCoinV2%201.0.1%20Windows%20Wallet%20With%20Chatting.zip

As always, make sure to back up your wallet.dat file before you install the new wallet in place of the old one.

Glad to see this community and forum getting more active. Let's all try and keep things positive   Cheesy

Glad we finally got some working capital. Thanks to cryptohunter and Soopy for hanging in there and seizing this opportunity for the Beecoin community....great work guys!!!!! Now let's all kick around some ideas for using our newfound wealth to further advance Beecoin as THE altcoin that all other altcoins want to be like  Grin

The ABE explorer looks good but can anyone verify that it is completely functional? I clicked on a few things and got "404" not found errors....but maybe that's what I should have gotten. If it's working like it should, I say pay the man.

I would really like to see a simple web site next....just to establish a presence for Beecoin on the web...nothing fancy to start with....just a Wordpress site like cryptohunter said...something that we can get a blog going to share Beecoin news. Here's a link to one of the biggest and best hosting sites and their Wordpress and Windows hosting packages. Great prices for unlimited space and great tools for site building.

http://www.1and1.com/wordpress-blog-hosting#top

http://www.1and1.com/windows-hosting?__reuse=1412046037298#top

With unlimited space, a file sharing site or picture uploading service could be created. There would have to be unlimited traffic also...would need to check on that.

Or a mail hosting service "Beemail.com" could be a possibility.

http://www.1and1.com/email-address?linkId=hd.subnav.instantemail

Once a website is established, maybe some simple flash or java based games could be added....poker, slots, etc.

I would love to see an RTS (Real Time Strategy) game based on Bees and other pollenators (butterflys, wasps, etc). You would have to manage your crops or orchards and keep the "pollenators" population at levels high enough to help your farm thrive. There could be dangers and threats introduced such as bears destroying whole beehives or an extremely hard winter or drought which would hurt your crops and cost you money when you take your harvest to market. You may have to invest in irrigation equipment during droughts or spend money on equipment to house new bee colonies brought to your farm.

There are a lot of game making apps out there for anyone that has the time and the talent...many of them free.

Just ideas....what do you guys think?

I hope some more Beecoin holders check this thread soon. The quantity and quality of ideas goes up with more people participating.

My vote is to fill their order for 4.5 billion coins. I just didn't want to sell the whole bag, leaving nothing for future development. I agree with John that investors don't come along all the time.

If we sold them 4.5 billion coins @ 4 litoshi each, we would still have 4.5 billion for development under cryptohunter's control and soopy still has 2 billion for swap/development for an approximate total of 6.5 billion for future development. If these folks can do something in the interim to help promote Beecoin and raise the value, it can still go places.

I think it's a fair offer considering the circumstances. The 180 LTC could give us a start on necessary projects like ABE explorer, website, etc and we would still have coins left over for future use.

We need to this quickly if we're going to do it so what does everyone else think?

Thanks for your input. I kind of agree with you.

Who else here has an opinion. Come on known beecoin members have your say.

I would really like to see beecoin get on bittrex soon too or at least another exchange. It is sad to see us on just one exchange.

You may just have to pull the trigger on this one. I'm not sure how often Beecoin holders check in here. I check this thread most every day but after the long lull in action for Beecoin, I bet most members don't check in very often....who can blame them. I don't think I'd wait another 24 hours even...we need to get this train moving while the offer is there.

I challenge the lazy beecoin community to meet the demands of my dedicated team of whales. We have a combined order of 188ltc, which we would like you all to fill.
cryptohunter could dump the bag at allcoin, to release funds for projects, or this coin will die like all the rest.

Woah...188 LTC....I'm impressed...lol. You and your team of "whales" have managed to scrape together about $800 USD to buy your bucket of LTC. What an achievement.

I don't post a lot here but as a long time member of the Beecoin community and large bag holder of said coin, I encourage cryptohunter to NOT sell you the entire development bag of Beecoins for what amounts to nothing. What would you do with 9 billion coins? That's a third of the total amount. It would be enough coins to run a proper pump and dump though.....hmmmmm......

Like greedyjohn said, this coin just needs a little push for some improvements. Your team's buying up 9 billion coins doesn't do anything for the value of the coin. If you have a plan other than pump and dump, you should say so.

By the way....it shouldn't take a team of "whales" to come up with 800 USD............
