1. You must have valid collateral. Only, the altcoin is valid collateral to me. I will not take bitcointalk account as collateral anymore as it is forbidden by a few reputed forum members as well as DT.

3. As I will not take account as collateral, you have to agree that once you take a loan from me, you will not take/apply for any other loan from anyone until you repay the loan. I mean you can't sell skrill, Neteller, Payoneer, PayPal, etc. If you break any rule then it will be marked as a loan defaulter and I will ask DT to tag you.
4. I can accept or reject any loan application without any explanation.
5. If you want to use escrow I have no problem. But the escrow fee is yours if required fees.
6. Repayment address is on my Bitcoin-signed message.
7. When I will fill loan application, I will give neutral trust once repaid will remove neutral trust.
8. If the collateral goes below the amount of the term, I will sell the collateral to stop loss. You have to check whether your collateral falls or not, I am not responsible to inform you or wait more time to be more loser.
9. If you fail to repay on time then a 1% charge per day/ as discussed (for extension) will be applicable.
9 (a). If anyone takes more than 3 extensions then interest will be at least double of the initial interest rate. And if more than 5 extensions then interest will be 30% per month. This rule will be applicable to all the borrower who will borrow from me from 12th December 2024.
10. For non-collateral loans or loans with bitcointalk accounts as collateral, if you need to extension then you have to pay the previous interest and take extension time (charge applicable 1% charge per day/ as discussed).
11. Once you take a loan from me you have to pay full interest even if you return a few minutes later. The same rule will be applied to loan extensions.
