I've read it, interesting that Bitfinex didn't announce anything about the CFTC, not that they would.

Well they fucked up when they used USDT and said it was pegged to the USD (FRN) while creating them out of thin air.

I'm guessing the CFTC stepped in when Tethers went over $2B in a matter of days, they were creating more USDT than the Federal Reserve creates USD.

Federal law prohibits alternative currencies intended to circulate nationally (+ internationally) if they are misrepresented as legal US tender.

It'll get really crazy when everyone can't settle in Tethers USDT so they'll go to Alts or USD.  There's also Nubits, but it's only on Bittrex and a legit peg to the USD.  

I've been saying for several months that Bitfinex has created Tethers out of thin air, washed traded on their own site and ran BTC up from $800 to $20k.  

They were idiots to say it's pegged to the USD, they will go the way of Liberty Dollar.  They should have never used the USDT acronym, but criminals really don't care, they just hope they can get away with it if they make enough $$ and stay out of jail and use the excuse, "this is an unregulated industry, regulations and rules don't apply!".  

Well the USD (FRN) is hightly regulated, world reserve currency and backed by the biggest military and judicial system on earth and they don't like competition, no matter how big or small.  

Bitfinex never wanted your BTC or LTC or ETH or USDT, they want your money as in us dollars.

BTC futures expire on Jan 18th and there’s massive short positions by Banks and Institutions that want to be in the money so they drive the price down on all exchanges.  

JPMorgan and GSachs were buying BTC last year to now leverage it and short the exchanges to drive down the price before futures expiration.  They don’t want your Cryptos, they couldn’t give a shit less, they want your money which everyone is giving them.  

Crypto heads will now get a taste of what precious metals stackers have been dealing with for decades, market manipulation by banks.  

BTC has to die and all Alts need USD pairs it’s the only way to break free for real price discovery.

With the announcement of DAPPS and other features, NAV could fly with similar gains to NEO and DECRED, both of which haven’t combined the privacy features and dapps like NAV is proposing.  DECRED has it in their roadmap with 14 devs working on it. 

NAV is a great long term hold

VIA has the most upside of any project I’ve seen.  

Lightning, Segwit already and they’re merging with Decred code for atomic swaps, the main dev is a genius.

23M max via still only about $6 and it’s on major exchanges.

Great long term project, I bought several hundred MOIN. 

Particl is up over $40 now, so should bring some buying to MOIN, this could be the most undervalued privacy coin out there.

I'm also into NAV and VIA which I think are greatly undervalued, as well.

XVG to $2.50 is easy, Bitfinex prints another 300M tethers, leverage 3:1 buys BTC, sends to Biance and Bittrex buys XVG to $2.50

It's already been done with 1.5 billion Tethers with all the other altcoins.  Bitfinex moved to Alts once BTC futures opened up.

I've got a few wallets to upgrade with a few hundred XBY just sitting there, didn't to pay 50 xby, can't believe I've paid so much off exchanges now it's 70 cents each I've been in since a penny.

DO NOT use rightbtc.com to buy or sell or withdraw Agrello, ETP or any other coin.  A lot of people have lost a ton of money and coins with them.  I'm waiting 4 days for a withdraw that's pending, I'm sure I'll lose my money.  They suck major ass

DO NOT USE rightbtc.com exchange to buy ETP or any other coin, they suck major ass, traders have lost all kinds of coins there and all withdraws are pending for several days all coins.  I'm sure it's a scam, I'll lose my $800 I'm sure but it sucks, may go all into BTS and decentralized exchanges. 

Also, done with ETP sorry don't do business with chinese assholes in dubai

Maybe because a similar coin ZCL has gone from $4 to $123 in less than 7 days and Zero has only 1/5 the supply.
