Re: LIST OF #PLAY2EARN GAMES 2021

Yes, the PYR token is already traded on KuCoin, Gate and Quickchanger. You can use the token both in the Ethereum network and in the Matic network.

Vulkan Forged is a huge platform for creating gaming applications!
Now a new game is coming out - Vulcan Verse, which you can start playing and earn $PYR tokens.

There are several ways to earn money:

1. Staking - you need to have your own land plot in order to drain $PYR and receive passive income in PYR, 5,000,000 PYR has been allocated for the first 2 years for rewards in staking!

But you will need to constantly improve your land to increase the stacking threshold!

Land can be bought for 600-900 PYR. At the moment, it is about $ 1,500 - $ 2,000.

Buy here - https://market.vulcanforged.com/ .  But first, start your own account!

2. Just playing and completing various quests!

ATTENTION!

The game can be played without investment, the game is interesting, MMORPG 3D, but you can get passive income from the game by buying land and stake $PYR.

Vulcan Verse - https://vv.vulcanforged.com/
PYR price - https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/vulcan-forged/usd

I just looked into this game and it's closed beta. You currently can not play it for free as you need to be a land owner to get involved. It appears that once the game goes live that it will be free to play.

https://www.vulcanverseworld.com/how-to-play-vulcanverse/

"VulcanVerse is currently in the final stages of closed beta and selected land owners have had the opportunity to test game features before full release.  The game is set to launch end of July 2021, so stay tuned for release dates."

"4. Playing VulcanVerse is totally free, the rules are forever changing regarding staking and benefits, along with additional requirements.   At this stage it is very difficult for new users to become involved."

I'm currently waiting for my defi pet to be released in full. currently the price is cheap, so the chance to make big profit when the full launch is very big
cryptoblade also did not escape my attention but currently the price is going down and the price of skill tokens is very cheap when compared to 2 weeks ago

nft games are in hype I don't know how long this will last

Each egg costs 3 DPET ($17.07 at current price of $5.69). Also, the first evolution available at level 10 is also 3 DPET. How many pets do you need to possibly be profitable? How far do you evolve them?

I don't understand why they make all of these game coins/tokens so difficult to accumulate. Buy/use BTC, trade for BNB, covert to PYR, FIRE, SKILL...

Is anyone on here playing any of these games. Cryptoblade had caught my attention, but the hoops I have to jump through to get both BNB and SKILL is daunting since I'm a NY resident.

So now you have a baseline of what is going to be coming, futurebit who has been making LTC stuff for years is now going to be making a BTC miner.

https://www.futurebit.io

Going to be interesting to see if they actually make that price point & deliver but they have been doing it for years so I guess they know what they are doing at this point.

Edit: The 2T board is $349, the board + PS + controller with full node is $600

This is very interesting.

Further to my suggestion/request about a mini inline UPS for the Pi4 I have stumbled upon a decent workaround for now until sidehack has time to get one designed etc (no rush sidehack  Wink).

I'm using a Voltaic V25 USB powerbank. It has Type C input so can be used with the Raspi power supply, so all you need is a good quality Type A to Type C cable to connect the powerbank to the Pi.

I fully charged it and connected it to my Pi4, restarted it and it ran no problem. Waited until cgminer had plateaued all Gekko devices (6x Newpacs, 1x R606) and then unplugged the input/charge cable from the powerbank.

So far its been running for 57mins and has used 2 out of 4 indicators,  so approximately 50% of the capacity.

For me the power never really gets cut here for more than 30mins. Its usually due to the main trip switch going thanks to a bulb blowing. This thing lasting over an hour is pretty darn good, especially when I have a wireless Rii RT518 Keyboard and 7" IPS HDMI screen being powered from the Pi aswell.

Just thought this info may be useful so some of you.

Voltaic makes great products and they have excellent support. I have a few of their V88's that I run with my equipment.

What miner to use then and what coin?

Did you install the software? I had a few of these back in the day and used them for litecoin, even though they were dual miner SHA and Scrypt.

You will probably need to find an older version of CGMiner to get them running.

Have you looked at this video:

Yes, once a month i update my pi. Until now no problems at all.

I do not upgrade the Pi I use to run the Gekko sticks. I figure that since it's running fine, there's no reason to mess with it. CGMiner is still running 4.11.1 and doesn't require Pi updates.

I swapped over to Team Red Miner and I'm not looking back. If I get any NVIDIA cards, I'll use Phoenix Miner.

After all the troubleshooting, rewriting raspberry pi os to the micro sd card, and redoing all the install steps in the original post, I now have this output log

Literally saying that the devices are not connected, but they are as seen here

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Edit and update after about 45 mins of more troubleshooting: The drivers got messed up because I was using them on a Windows PC and had to use zadig to edit them. Also, noticed that one of the usb miners had a part missing (found it in the box it was shipped in), so I filed a return with Amazon so I can order replacements.

This is in the first post of this thread and should fix your issue:

Q. How to get past "USB init, open device failed" ... "you don't have privilege to access" error.
Code:
cd ~/git/vthoang/cgminer/
sudo usermod -G plugdev -a `whoami`
sudo cp 01-cgminer.rules /etc/udev/rules.d/
sudo reboot

Phil, are you still hashing on ViaBTC or did you switch back to NiceHash? I'm curious if NiceHash is more stable than it was a few weeks back.

There should be a test .bat file in there you can use as a base and then change your address and pool etc.

YOU ARE A LEGEND! Thanks so much! I just copied the code, made a new batch file, edited the code a bit and it works flawlessly!

It will work for a while but you are guaranteed to have problems. I helped vh a little to try and work some of them out but windoze is a pain. I made the switch to a pi and its been running for months without any hiccups.

I can attest to this, I have 7 NewPacs running on Pi4 for 61 days straight without issue. It would've been over 120, but I lost power due to a storm 2 months ago...

40Gh/s seems low... have you tried pushing the speed up? I have 7 of these running at 500MHz and they hash around 113Gh/s each.

The fun part will be trying to find reasonably priced cards to fill that with... everything is overpriced. I was looking at RX 5700 XT's and some vendors are selling them for over $750. I paid right around $400 for each of mine a few months ago.

This board was first release on 8/23/2018. There has to be suppliers that carry it as they did a BIOS update on 12/10/2019. I find it weird that the board only supports up to Ryzen 9 3900, it doesn't specify support for the 3950.

Ive been mining into Nicehash for the last 6 months, is ViaBTC better?

Do you mine with NiceHash OS, NiceHash Miner or some other solution? I had issues running NiceHash OS on 3 different motherboards, I'm not a fan of their Windows based miner, so I was using SimpleMiner OS to mine which was giving me a lot of restarts and system crashes. I have no issues mining on Ethermine or ViaBTC (only mining there 24 hours so far).

Running Nicehash Miner with PhoenixMiner after Claymore died.  Was using Blockchain drivers , but crashed too much, now use 18.6.1 on my 2017-18 era cards (580's, vegas). and run more stable than ever before.

So the question is, does it make sense to switch to Viabtc to mine Ethereum or just stay at NH and let if convert to BTC?

I would have stayed on nicehash but it simply had too many lock ups.

If you are getting nicehash to run may as well stay.

My viabtc goes to Coinbase and I just cash it out to pay all the bills.

My asics for btc are all hodl.

I concur, I would've stayed on NiceHash as well if I didn't have so many issues hashing over there. I personally mine to a wallet these days, not Coinbase (just my personal preference).
