After 30 days your wallet must be opened, running, unlocked or NOT encrypted. But during the first 30 days you can turn off your computer.Seems legit! i'll keep an eye on this one

Create a file called Katz.conf
inside paste the following

Save the file as Katz.conf make sure the extension at the end is .conf not .txt
Then place it inside AppData/Roaming/Katz for Windows
Then Re Open wallet and you should be good to go
