Yeah its also crazy someone thinks fatcom is backed by microsoft just because they experiment with it on one of their platforms. Finally we are talking about this! This is really one though issue . On one hand I would like to ease up or end digging but on the other I fell in love with clam due to how interesting and innovative the digging part was.  So as I see it now something like halving or pointing out date in future when we will end the digging, to get people still chance to dig out their clams, would be probably the most rational thing to do.  I mean giving 2 or 3 years for "initial distribution" is quite enough time and as someone mentioned before the snapshot is getting old slowly and the number of average diggers (small ones) will go down rapidly so it kinda loses a purpose (not literally)

Could you please explain, if you know this, how margin trading works on poloniex? If I short sell like 10k clams and price is stagnating and I decide to close that short will that appear as a buy in market?

There was a lot of people margin trading since volume was huge, so that might have been margin call . also is no one ever supposed to sell or whats your point ?

I have this interesting though that the digger actually might be someone from cryptsy. We all know they have some problems at the moment and the timing when they first stopped paying people kinda fits into when our whale digger starts digging. Now Iam not that smart to do this but cannot someone figure out how we could verify this, for example by tying someones address from cryptsy to address that has been dug by our whale?

If I have any say to this, I would let clam be clam and not do anything, its unfortunate someone has that much clams but if we can survive that we can survive anything. And he is selling all of them anyway if I understand it correctly so nothing 51%-esque is going to happen.

oh hello there, how about gp-dice will that be comming back ?

Its really weird with GP that you cannot put a number on it. I tried multiple splits from 10 - 25 - 50 to 100  and few months I was getting close to 100%
then a bit less and then I stopped really taking notes and analyzing it. While I was datamining though there seemed to be only like 1600-2000 GPs mined daily for whole network, so more people mining less % for you unless the "cap"(daily gps mined) moves with more miners.

I suggested fortunejack to look at GPs and maybe consider using it in the future. If some more people could ask that would be great. I really thinkg some gambling place would really help.
